Holiday rentals with a patio in Grafton

This place was absolutely amazing. We had stayed for 7 days. The vibe was very homey. I’ve never seen an Air BNB with so much thought put into it. They provided a small bio about their family and how they got started in the business. I thought it was very cool. The home was stock with serval amenities, snacks and personal hygiene items. I accidentally locked myself out and Rich was there in no time to assist. Darlene checked on us through out the week to make sure everything was fine. I give this place a 10/10.

We had the best stay! The space is perfect for a family or small group of friends. We loved the apartment. Beds were comfy, everything was so neat and clean and well-decorated. We would absolutely recommend a stay to anyone visiting St. Louis. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. They are very proactive and will fix any issues that arise. We didn’t have any issues, but they were concerned there might be an issue with the AC following the recent storms and were working in advance of our stay to address it and it was resolved prior to our arrival. Loved our stay and the city!

Owners were helpful and kind letting us check in early. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there with our dog. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Wow! Location location location! This is the perfect Grafton spot. You can walk to everything, including the skylift to take you up to aeries activities. There’s a bar next door and you can sit on the patio at the house and listen to their live music too. We were surprised that the kitchen was on the second floor, so if stairs are hard on you, do not book here. We had no problem though. The view is amazing as well. So many amenities here including a full coffee bar, and drinking water. Our group was just thrilled with our stay here. Thank you!

While everything was fun and selected for the whimsical dog theme, it was also very nice -soft linens, well stocked kitchen with cookware, and spices. John had bottled water and a local treat us upon arrival. The AC worked great. Immaculate place. I wanted to ask for affiliate links so I could buy the fluffy pink towels, cute makeup wash cloths, pink coverlets, paint colors and all of the dog print wallpapers throughout the house! Just so fun and convenient to my son's camp at the Gateway Arch National Park all week and other things downtown and in Forest Park. We enjoyed the nearby Tower Grove Park too.

Calm, serene, peaceful stay while also in close enough proximity to downtown STL. We enjoyed being close to nature. Lots of wood to start a fire in the fire pit, everything you need to have a good time inside or outdoors.

We were moving from Colorado to Kentucky. Moving with dogs is difficult and this was the perfect place to let them run around without having to worry about them. It was clean and had lots of snacks, even for the dogs. There was plenty of room to park the moving truck and trailer on the street and we didn't worry about things getting taken. It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Benton Park is such a great walkable neighborhood, and this home was in a perfect location with easy highway access. The house is an older one so it has its quirks, but also a lot of charm and coziness. It was really comfortable. We felt right at home and Kilian was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We had everything we needed, and had a great stay.

This place a little gem. Located right on Main Street, you can walk anywhere, people watch on the front porch or take in the beautiful view of the River, the Lighthouse, and this huge American flag on the back porch. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Loved Keisas airbnb was very cozy & made me feel at home even though home was 12hours way! the neighborhood is nice & it’s a good walking distance to a few good eats! Keisa is also a good host when i needed her she answered fast and helped! definitely recommend staying here and if i ever come back to st.louis i’ll definitely be booking here again:)

Riley's place was cute and in a corner lot. I enjoyed that it was off of the main road and quite. it was perfect for what was needed for the few days we stayed. I loved that she had plenty of towels and toilet paper (no one ever has enough of that stuff for people who stay multiple days). Great little place if you're a small group of couple traveling to St. Louis.

We had a really nice stay. Danny was quick to respond, and check in was very easy. Check out requirements were very simple and she really didn’t request a lot. I expected to have to do a lot more before checking out, so that was a nice bonus! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Just as the others shared, this biggest “challenge” was the stairs, but still managable. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet!! I loved how spacious one of the bedrooms was… we managed to put a queen sized air mattress in it for our daughter. The only things I would have added to my “wishlist” would be to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms (my 3 year old has her own motto “the suns up, so it’s time to wake up!” so we had some early mornings 😅), and a little more comfortable living room furniture for relaxing (we all have bad lower backs 🤣). But overall We definitely recommend Danny’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Far exceeded our expectations!! Royce was so pleasant to interact with, clear instructions, quick response times, and wonderful recommendations for area attractions. Home was clean and included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with a sweet welcome note and basket of goodies for us. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.

Place was just as pictured. It was very clean and comfy! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying here the next time we’re in town.

Daniel’s place was just what we needed. It was extremely clean and we loved that it was close enough for us to walk to the local bars and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Danny was great host, very responsive. Location was near Lafayette Square, which we wanted. Easy check in and out, will use again!!
