Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

A tan solo 100 metros de la playa con una avenida que permite el paseo a la orilla del mar y el disfrute de deportes tales como natación, buceo etc... Fácil aparcar en los alrededores. Dispone de aire acondicionado, buena ventilación. A 1,7 km de la playa del Cabrón zona inigualable para el buceo.

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)
