This home is designed for two people, comfortable and bright. It is a studio that has a double bed, a nice armchair, a TV and a large table with two chairs, as well as to enjoy breakfast/food or work comfortably, as it has a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, all the necessary utensils at your disposal (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc..). There is also a coffee machine and microwave. Momentally off-duty washer (two streets away from the apartment you can find a self-service laundry to wash and dry quickly). It also has heating for winter days and a standing fan. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Finally, the bathroom with a shower. The apartment is at your disposal. It is not shared. There is a bus stop at the entrance for getting around, and all services are nearby. In the gate there are 3 spaces for the disabled. Parking space available for cars up to 170 cm in height. NO VANS OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. And 2 elevators.
