Walking: 15 minutes to downtown Granada, Cathedral, Cartuja Monastery and 30 minutes to the Alhambra. Bus 5 minutes to downtown and Albayzin-Alhambra. Parking 200 meters from the house, €10 a day.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
