We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Villa Germaine – beautiful GARDEN and view of the SEINE

Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

The house, located on our farm, is spacious, comfortable, with large rooms. It has a fully-equipped kitchen. This house is perfect for a weekend with friends or a family vacation. We can also offer you a studio adjoining the cottage, comprising 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 living room with TV and sofa (convertible for 1 person) and armchair, bathroom and toilet. To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
