We had an amazing stay at Maison Marie Jeanne! The place was really nice, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely fantastic and a perfect spot to relax. Sylvie was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Praslin!

I had another wonderful stay at this apartment! This was my third visit, and even with the change in management, everything was handled exceptionally well. The apartment was spotless, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere perfect for both unwinding and getting some studies done. Gabriella and her family were fantastic hosts. They were very helpful and flexible & making sure I had everything I needed. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking and mornings with a cup of coffee, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of birds and a stunning panoramic view were simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, Samuel’s warm hospitality made us feel welcome and at ease. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Everything we needed was readily available, and the space was thoughtfully organized. The location was convenient, and we truly appreciated Samuel’s helpful tips about the area. Whether it was for dining or sightseeing, his guidance added so much value to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while exploring the beauty of Seychelles, Samuel’s apartment is definitely the one to choose. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the stay here. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. It was peaceful here and the view from the balcony was spectacular. All the amenities mentioned were available including high speed wi-fi. Kumar and Grace are the staff members here and they handled everything really well. The response from the host and the staff was immediate and I faced no issues whatsoever during my stay here. If I visit Praslin again then this is the place I would choose.

We’ve stayed on Eden Island before and keep coming back — it’s always a great idea. This apartment is cozy and especially convenient for families with kids, thanks to the direct access to the garden. The barbecue area is also a nice bonus — fully equipped and ready to use. While the nearest beach isn’t the best, just a short walk will take you to a much better one that’s absolutely worth it. The apartment itself isn’t brand new, and signs of age are visible, but this is quite common for properties on Eden Island. It doesn’t take away from the experience — focus on the beautiful nature and relaxing atmosphere, and you’ll have a wonderful stay.

Perfect location on the beach and walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. John is an incredible host - responsive and super helpful always!

Thank you for accommodating our big group of guests! We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very spacious and the balconies had great views. The cars for rent were super convenient too as we we were able to travel around town with them. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

The accommodation offered by Annie and her husband was beyond our expectations! Beautiful, well decorated, well arranged and washed and tidied daily. Annie has always been responsive to my messages and welcomed us warmly. She is as adorable as her accommodation is beautiful. In addition, she let us enjoy the pool all the last day and was flexible on checkout times. We recommend it with our eyes closed and will be happy to come back

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 1 month, everything was perfect! The maison was very clean and well furnished. The hosts took care of all our needs and even provided us with a special kitchen appliance we asked for. The garden and pool are tiptop. The reef just in front of the maison is nice for snorkeling. We cannot wait to come back again!

I spend a few nights at Sarah’s place with a group of friends. We had a fantastic stay at Sarah’s s place. Communication was smooth and prompt. The location was ideal, and I felt right at home throughout my stay.

An unforgettable welcome: fresh fruit, bottle of wine, smiles… Beverly knows how to receive! It feels like you're on vacation from the first minute on. The villa is even more beautiful than pictured: air-conditioned, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, of absolute comfort. The pool is amazing, and the view… breath-taking. Every sunrise is a sight. Everything is close on the way, but there's peace and quiet. It's a haven of peace. The service is impeccable: availability, kindness, discretion. Beverly has everything planned to make every moment perfect. We leave with stars full of eyes and only one desire: to come back. Thank you for this little piece of heaven!

We had a few great days in Praslin. The accommodation was as described and is well equipped for self-catering. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Our hostess was very flexible with the check in and organized a rental car for us. One disadvantage is that several dogs bark in the neighborhood. However, when the windows are closed, it is bearable. We recommend a rental car for Praslin. The beaches are otherwise difficult to reach from the place of accommodation. Bus stops are close. But you usually wait quite a long time for the bus and then lose valuable time. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation. Our highlight: The washing machine :)

Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. I recommend highly. thank you Edmund and team 💙

Clean accommodation, good location, very nice terrace. which I reproach: 1/ the 2 beds of the 2 children were added after our arrival, we were forced to move the sofa, the living room table, the living room was much too cramped to accommodate 2 additional beds, a little too camping for the 6 nights spent. 2/ missing a lot of things in the kitchen: no bowl, 3 glasses, there were 4 of us. The kettle couldn't work, since the outlet didn't match! No basic necessities, such as oil, vinegar, coffee... 3/ No response to the email I sent on the evening of our arrival, while we were there for 6 nights. to summarize, if you are a couple, the place is perfect, if you are more, make sure there will be extra beds.

New, modern and very clean accommodation located in Grand Anse, managed by Gela and her family. Receptive and friendly host. We had asked for the possibility of early check-in, but it was not possible. They still greeted us with a tasty coconut and made themselves available to keep our bags until check-in time. The garden apartment on the ground floor is large and spacious. It has a small terrace on the condominium garden. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with every appliance, but a little lacking in dishes (there were no glasses, there were two cutlery per type, only one pot and one cup). There are no essentials (oil, salt, and sugar) but we found a few eggs and two bottles of water in the fridge that are very welcome. Air conditioning is only present in the room and in the kitchen living room there is a large shovel. Closed indoor parking with gate is equipped with cameras. Great location to visit the island is very convenient to amenities. Recommended!

We were so pleased with our choice. We could tell that Vivienne and Edmond had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare for our arrival. This property has been well put together and they have thought of everything. The pool and view were some of the best we have ever seen. We felt like we were on top of the world!
