We enjoyed here a full month in May 2025. Strong points: - First of all, the apartment was CLEAN. I confess my wife is a cleanliness freak, she had very minor objections regarding the cleanliness. This is really rare for her! - The owners were very receptive to all our requests. - The apartment is very big. It can easily accommodate 2 families with kids (middle bedroom is equipped for children), if they can manage the usage of the only bathroom. However, the shower and the toilet are each isolated in it's own space, meaning that shower, toilet and sink can be used by 3 persons in the same time. - A beautiful beach is 200 mtrs away. - Bus stop at 100 mtrs. - A restaurant just across the street, fair cooking and prices. Weak points: - Hot water is produced by solar panels. Next morning after a cloudy day the water may be not hot enough. - The location is in an quite isolated neighbourhood, so if you are a fan of nightlife (not our case, however) you must rent a car or use a taxi.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment with everything you need inside: a small balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning during breakfast, a seating area with two swings to relax when returning from visits, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Not to mention the outside with its large swimming pool, its well-stocked weight room, the relaxation area, the barbecue area... everything is beautiful. Great hosts who best advise you on things to visit, very kind, respectful, attentive and attentive. I was able to share a grill and rum party with them and it was perfect. I recommend 1000% and will be back for sure! See you soon.

The place is beautiful It's big, clean, and nice. Access to the beach allows you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise in peace. For swimming it is better to go to the beach of Grand Baie or other because that of the residence is a little muddy. That said, it's perfect for enjoying the calm and view. There is a cleaning service provided in the rental which is a real plus. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (small concern quickly fixed with that of the largest room). There are 2 large fans in the main room and the apartment is through there is always a way to get some air. The terrace is nice, the pool too and the caretaker is very attentive to the residents. Super U, shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance from the property. A real favorite for this apartment that kept more than its promises.

Roy and his wife are very, very nice people! It has been a pleasure learning from them about life on Mauritius. The apartment was bigger than expected, in a very good location near an amazing beach. The WiFi was just good enough for video calls and mostly stable. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Impeccable welcome by Marie and Yann, adorable couple, available to give you a bunch of advice that served us throughout the stay , restaurant, things to discover, Marie has a great book of addresses for sea trips and others do not hesitate to ask her, the departures are at the foot of the accommodation . The accommodation is super pleasant after a day of beach , excursion or other ... small pool , beautiful terrace , awakening to the birdsong , super well-equipped and a small convenience store 2 minutes walk away for a small ice cream , water etc. Not to mention a fruit tree and 2 great restaurants if you don't want to take the car anymore. This house with the view and surroundings is absulutely paradise. Exactly what you would expect from an island holiday. On the beach, peaceful. Just stunning. we had a wonderful time and our daughter of 5 could go play on the beach with us worrying about her but, we could supervise her from the patio.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Florina's place is actually owned by Bénédicte who lives upstairs from the house. The very large accommodation, occupies the entire bottom of the house with a huge covered terrace, a beautiful 10 meter long swimming pool and a paradise garden. Admittedly, the pathway is a dirt track but it is flat and lined with lush greenery and when you have a car it's no problem. I would even say it's part of the charm.

We had an amazing stay at Jean’s villa in Mauritius! The house is stunning – modern, spacious, and incredibly welcoming, offering everything needed for a truly relaxing vacation. Jean was a fantastic host, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. I have no doubt that if he takes our suggestions into account, future guests will have an even more exceptional experience. Quiet area but convenient to services and the wonderful Mont Choisy beach 10 min. walk. Bus stop for all other destinations 100 m away. Spacious apartment with large terrace that can be wonderfully used both day and night, fully equipped kitchen with small appliances available and basic necessities available such as sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, oil. Spacious air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and huge bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub with shampoo, conditioner and soap available. Washing machine with detergent, very useful for those of us who have stayed for a long time. The real PLUS, however, concerns the owners, Radha and Michael, really helpful and in any case discreet, always ready to assist you with any little request for help. As great travelers, we can say that we have never found hosts so attentive to the guest. ULTRA RECOMMENDED

Valerie’s home is beautiful as described and pictures are accurate. Jocelyne, the friendly housekeeper is very dedicated and helpful in keeping the home top notch. The beach in front is not the best for swimming but gives a great view and evening walks are mesmerizing right when u step out of the home. Since this was our first stay in an Airbnb, we were not sure what to expect, but this place sets a big benchmark for our future stays. Loved the stay, great location with all needs met nearby. Local restaurants on the beach and road are great. Best place to stay if in Mauritius. Cheers.

we had a great stay in this very nice apartment. feels like home. we have done a lot of cooking , the kitchen has all what you need. everything was good, the bed, the seating area, the terrace with nice view on nature. the area is very quiet and Ashwin mother is very friendly et very helpful. we will surely come back to this place if, hopefully on day, we ever come back to Grand Baie.

Very cute place. Exactly like the photos. Felt like a cozy homey vibe. Nicely situated very close to the restaurant Rougailles creole. 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was worth the money :) happy client!!!

Mr.Ahmad the host is very crisp and clear, helpful and a great guide. His hospitality is 10/10 His AirBnB is hardly 5 mins walking distance from Pereybere Beach (North Mauritius) , there is a big supermarket- WINNERS near this beach and also has plenty of food options This AirBnB is very peaceful and has lot of empty space once u enter the main gate

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

it was a fantastic stay of 5 days with family... Jenny and Vincent were very responsive and helpful... the only thing I would mention, being an Indian, we were feeling need of a foster or jet spray in the WC... :-)

We ended up at this place because we had a very bad experience with a home located on Freshwater Trou and we were not at all disappointed to have chosen this home with a pool. Very quiet, high standard apartment, everything was spotless when we arrived, the bath linen smelled extremely good. Karine the housekeeper is adorable. And Deborah who is in charge of management is really excellent, smiling, pleasant and professional. She allowed us to come earlier because there was no one in the listing before. Thank you so much for allowing us to have a great holiday.
