I can’t say enough about David. We had some technical issues and David was quick and responsive, he went way above and beyond to ensure my family and I were able to get the most out of our stay. I appreciate him and everything he did! I recommend this property and David whole heartedly.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming and a perfect location for spring skiing at Loveland. The place was clean and checkout process was a breeze!

Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

Jenifer and Don were fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions quickly and gave us excellent suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. The place itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s also surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for hiking. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful time we had. We rode our bikes to the lake every day. Hiked to Adams Falls (really the valley just past the falls is even more spectacular). And when it rained in the afternoon, we played games. The shuffleboard table was a real hit. Drinking my coffee in the nook with all the aspens around was so restful. I bet they completely hide your neighbors in the summer. And the bedrooms were so comfortable. Where did you get that bunkbed?? The boys loved it. What a wonderful time we had even though Trail Ridge Road was still closed.

This place was very peaceful and enjoyable to stay in. The mountain road up was a fun drive with quite a bit of wildlife to see! Would recommend!

Keith was an outstanding host. He provided so much information up front. Always very responsive, he was kind and we knew he was there for us if we’re had any problems (we had none).

Beautiful place to stay and relax. It accommodated all of our guests comfortably. We really enjoyed the quietness and comfort of this cabin. It's close to a lot of things and the town of Granby offers great shops and good eats! would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Casey's apartment. A super convenient location to access both Granby and even potentially Winterpark (you would have to find parking tho at that end). Had all the amenities we needed, and we had a lovely cozy time. Thanks Casey for hosting us!

The property was walkable to everything in Winter Park. Convenient free parking. The hosts were very timely in their communication. Would stay here again.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Stephen’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was truly breathtaking—it’s something we’re going to miss for a long time! Stephen was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful he allowed us to stay at his property. It was a fun, relaxing trip, and one we’ll always remember. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Denver. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

My husband, I and our two dogs had a great stay. The place is as described and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed evening at the pouch with Mountain View. The riverside trail is a few minutes away by walking and beautiful. We took the trail every day during our stay.

Natalie’s place is amazing! She provides super clear instructions to find the condo and to get in. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is fully stocked and has plenty of towels. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Granby, Fraser, Winter Park and Grand Lake. We can’t wait to stay again!

Just Book It. This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location! It was immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed a lot of our time on the huge outdoor deck, and Julie was a friendly and welcoming host! 10 out of 10! Thanks!

The place was comfortable and clean.Location was exactly what we were looking for, we walked nearly everywhere into town and trails near by. Other trails quick 10 minute drive. loved watching the sunset on the porch. Every restaurant with in walking distance. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Winter Park.

Really nice condo, gorgeous surroundings in the mountains. Very peaceful and serene area, we absolutely loved our stay. The actual condo building itself is dated and not fancy, however this condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of four, 2 adults and 2 teens, and we all slept well in the comfy beds and felt refreshed for our adventurous days. We made dinner in the condo each night and had some really memorable family time together. Highly recommend and we will be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to the rockies!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, perfect for cooking and spending time together. The hot tub was a great bonus and made for a relaxing way to unwind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This is exactly what we were looking for. So beautiful & peaceful & relaxing. It really felt like home. Even though it is in the middle of nowhere, it was just a short drive to different town’s & restaurants & shops. The fire pit was great & it was nice that they left wood for us. It was really fun to make s’mores! I hadn’t done that since I was a kid. My dogs loved it too! The beds were really comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to everyone.

Kelly’s place was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was there for us to use. It was spotless, smelled nice, great location and private! The hot tub was such a bonus it was great. There were also chairs and a cooler in the garage for us to use when we took a day trip to the National Park. Look forward to staying there again!

I was surprised that a place with so many reviews still had 5 stars, but after going to Dale’s place, I know why! It was stunningly beautiful, every detail thought of, extremely comfortable, easy to find and fun to explore. I loved the grill & wood stove, hot tub, electric fireplace and cozy atmosphere. The views were incredible!! There may seem to be a lot of rules, but they all make sense when you consider how remote the property is. Hope to go back soon!

Stephen was wonderful, answering many questions we had before we even arrived. I have been to many AirBnB's and have never had a better experience communicating with the owner. He also includes a very helpful guidebook providing answers to pretty much any question you might have about the house and the surroundings. The A-frame house was rustic, immaculate, and cozy. Despite it's remote location, it was easy to find thanks to Stephen's directions, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the place to be. A++

This place is amazing! The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more! Brian and Emily are very responsive and helpful. It was a well needed rest for the entire family! Corinne was an awesome host. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is better than expected. It felt like a family member gave you use of their mountain home. It was instantly comfortable. We had a pup with us and the backyard was perfect for our 4 legged adventurer. The post and rail fence has mesh on it so your pup can’t get out. We didn’t have Granby on our list of Colorado stays, but Corrine’s home ended up making it the perfect destination. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We only went out once to eat at Brickhouse40, because it was pet friendly and they did a super job (get the S’mores bread pudding). Grand Azteka was awesome Mexican (they do take out). Grocery store is super close. Corrine’s place checks all of the boxes. Don’t hesitate. Book it !
