Rapidement rebaptisé James par ses amis, il tombe amoureux de Colmar et de l’Alsace, région fascinante et pleine de possibilités. <br /> Entrepreneur et passionné dans l’âme, il décide d’entamer un nouveau challenge, avec toute sa famille : celui de créer un espace hôtelier de goût, où chacun pourra échanger et se retrouver comme chez soi.
