La Villa Solemaris est un magnifique havre de paix tropical située a Grand fond ( à 3min de St Gilles les Bains) dans un lotissement sécurisé et calme a côté de commerces en tout genre (boulangerie, kiné, station service, supermarché etc...). Elle n'est qu'a 3 min de la plage en voiture. La villa présente un beau salon (avec cuisine ouverte) qui distribue les 4 chambres sur ces deux ailes et la terrasse avec vue sur jardin et piscine.
