In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Welcome to one of VT’s most beautiful lakefront property and wedding venue located in the Champlain Islands! Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Vancie's Cottage

Vancie's Cottage is a great example of the way life used to be. Simple, uncomplicated, everything right there in front of you at face value. This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!
