Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Port District

Our stay at La Balise Marina L’Estuaire, Black River, Mauritius, was absolutely wonderful. Sandrine was an exceptional host, providing fantastic communication from booking through to our stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Paola took excellent care of our family, keeping the accommodation spotlessly clean and always being available to answer any questions. Both Sandrine and Paola were outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with every utensil needed for a self-catering holiday, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay. I highly recommend hiring a car, as we did, to explore the island. The apartment conveniently includes a car parking space, and the large Super U supermarket nearby offers a wide range of food and essentials. Our experience was incredibly enjoyable, and we are grateful to Sandrine and Paola for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

L'hôte est très réactif et aussi très sympa. Le logement est fidèle aux descriptions. Le logement est aussi très bien situé, à proximité des centres urbains et des attractions, comme par exemple "casela". Je recommande vivement que ça soit pour les couples ou simplement en famille.

Wonderful flat with garden in family villa. Spacious flat with large terrace and tropical garden in quiet dead lane. Within walking distance to the beach ,shops and restaurants. Amazing hosts - Juergen and Ursula - very proactive and helpful with local tips. You need anything, will be sorted out. You can rent a car from Ursula as well, very comfortable. Definitely we would like to come again. We loved the place. And bonus for the kids - two giant tortoises travelling in the garden

Beautiful apartment and probably one of the few places in Flic en Flac with a sea view and no traffic noise. Nice to hang out by the pool. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and town. Felt very safe to walk as well as to take the car and park by the beach. Great host and security staff at the parking space. Loved it.

My family and I stayed at Ruben's spacious, well lit, and super comfortable apartment for a week. Ruben responds very quickly and was always polite and helpful (something I found was a wonderfully common trait with most people in Mauritius). I will miss the views (coz there's more than one angle) from the apartment the most. The beach, small convenience stores, and eateries are all at walkable distances. I would definitely recommend this place!

An amazing stay in Flic en Flac – this apartment made all the difference! We stayed in three different places during our trip to Mauritius, and this Airbnb was by far the best. Super comfortable, spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location. We felt at home the moment we arrived, and honestly, this apartment completely changed the vibe of our trip. The neighborhood is peaceful, just a short walk from the beach (15min max), and we loved having sunset views in the swimming pool. If you’re hesitating — don’t. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

The place was as described and in a beautiful location. Access to amenities were great with many options, especially if you enjoy golf and relaxing on the private beach. The staff at the resort were friendly and checked in to ensure we were happy and whether anything was needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day.

JP est serviable, réactif, nous renseigne sur les excursions ou les endroits à visiter. Il est présent pour toutes les demandes même la location de voitures et assure les aller retour vers l'aéroport. Nous le recommandons vivement ! !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft mit der schönen Aussicht sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und den gezeigten Fotos. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und es gab eine große Küche mit allen benötigten Utensilien. Es bestand die Möglichkeit, im geräumigen Essbereich oder auf dem Balkon mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer zu essen und sich dort aufzuhalten. Es waren private Parkplätze vorhanden, die rund um die Uhr von einem Pförtner bewacht wurden. Die Gastgeberin hat und sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Ankunftszeit und der Check-out konnten flexibel und einfach per WA abgesprochen werden. Sie war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat uns bei allen unseren Fragen gut unterstützt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur sehr empfehlen und würden sie auch bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf Mauritius wieder buchen.

Logement impeccable et fidèle aux photos. Les prestations sont à la hauteur. Benita m'a chaleureusement accueillie, elle a pris soin de s'arrurer que mon sejour se déroulait bien. Panier de bienvenue et les recommandations dans les alentours font partie des attentions appréciables. Cette location est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La résidence est agréable et les voisins sympathiques. Je recommande!

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand ( liegt nur ein Häuserblock dazwischen) und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lediglich etwas mehr Toilettenpapier, Salz und Öl wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten allerdings einen wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte AirBnB die ich sowohl für Gruppen und Familien empfehlen kann.

Вот и вернулись мы домой с великолепного острова Маврикий. Остались в душе только приятные воспоминания. Жильем очень довольны! Всё близко и океан и магазины, все достопримечательности. Норберт встретил и проводил нас в аэропорт когда уезжали,всегда быстро отвечал на наши вопросы и пожелания что было очень приятно. Привёз нам зонты когда был дождь. Показал где пункт обмена валюты. Помог взять в аренду мотобайк..а то у нас сложности с разговорным английским. Сама студия небольшая но уютная, хорошая кровать, белье меняли каждую неделю, полотенца, убирались.. все необходимое есть, даже кулер с горячей и холодной водой..что очень удобно. Территория комплекса охраняемая и очень зелёная и красивая, есть огромный бассейн, что было большим плюсом. Будем рекомендовать всем Норберта и его жильё. Он замечательный хозяин. Спасибо ему огромное за всё!

Patricia s'est montrée très disponible, pour préparer notre arrivée, régler tout problème éventuel ou conseil de visite, ce qui est très rassurant. Son appartement est très spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, avec balcons. Au calme, il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée, avec gardien, parking fermé, deux piscines et parc très agréable. Surtout la localisation est idéale car à 5/10 minutes à pied vous pourrez profiter de la superbe plage de Flic en Flac, qui s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et propose de nombreuses activités dont restaurants de plage (5/6 euros pour un plat). Dans le même rayon tout à pied, vous avez également de nombreux commerces (supermarché, restaurants, bars, boulangerie, boutiques diverses,..). Et enfin, vous serez très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île en voiture, avec de nombreux sites, randonnées, plages,.. très accessibles depuis l'appartement. En bref, le choix idéal pour profiter de toute l'île Maurice !

Emplacement idéal : un portillon du complexe permet d'accéder directement à la plage (en traversant une petite route) ; tout est accessible à pied depuis le complexe ; 2 piscines.

l'accueil etait super !! le logement identique au photo, c'est un endroit calme parfait pour se détendre ou partager de bon moment entre amis. je recommande !!

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Villa und wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles wie beschrieben, und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Loïc. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La piscine ,pétanque,billard, baby foot est un gros plus . Thierry est toujours réactif si besoin et nous a conseillé durant tout le séjour. Très bonne adresse je recommande

Wow! What can we say, it was an absolutely ideal place for us. Such a treat with the private pool, even after a long day trip out it was heavenly to soak in the pool, in our own time and leisure. There was everything we needed in the house, it was spotlessly clean and spacious, the light filled the house and the views were spectacular from the bedroom windows. We hired a car and was able to park it safely each evening within the locked gate. There were local food shacks nearby for delicious local food at local prices. The house was the perfect location for us to drive to beaches, restaurants and shops, and would highly recommended for the ideal private escape, yet easy enough to be a base to explore Mauritius. The communication from Françoise was amazing, she was extremely thoughtful and helpful with everything we needed even when we experienced a few days of cyclone. Which was a fun experience in itself. It’s a fantastic home from home.
