It has panoramic views of Grande Anse Bay and the verdant Gros Morne. The discreet silhouette of the Montserrat volcano sometimes reveals its presence. You can walk to the mountain by crossing rivers, cane fields or Creole gardens. 100 meters from the Kaz, there is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, boutique, restaurants and even a fresh fish merchant.
