Amazing views, friendliest host with the best recommandations! We stayed for 4 days and felt right at home. We followed Gerards advice for our entire stay and everything was perfect. The place is private, clean, has everything you need and the view is ♥️ Him coming to say goodbye to us with freshly cut coconuts was just the cherry on top.

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. Excellent villa in an idyllic and traditional setting. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities in a secluded environment. The swimming pool and the many relaxation areas are ideal for spending pleasant moments in a group. Throughout the stay, Alexis and Arthur were extremely responsive to our needs and requests. The neighborhood, on the heights of Saint Francis, is certainly residential but close to the marina. Small bonus: a cat that we named Pomme-Canelle (pomnkanel) also stays in the vicinity of this villa and brightened our walks. Take good care of it! In short, we recommend this accommodation without a moment's hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay at karine's home. The place is modern and we also enjoyed the outside with the pool.

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super beautiful villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we did not lack anything. Possibility to walk to go to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa...Sylvie had warned us of the decrease in the water flow in a shower so we did with...welcome very appreciated as well as the fruit basket...very good for family with children..

Wishlist for this lovely place where we had a wonderful stay, our 2 year old was delighted to run into the huge garden, swim in the pool in the morning, or visit the many beaches within a short drive. The perfect spot for a short break away from town... Highly recommend it!

The welcome and follow-up of Carmen, the concierge, throughout our stay was more than appreciated. Villa Topaze is superb and the views are stunning. Ideal location, close to all services and easy access to other cities in the area.

We had a great time with the family. The setting is ideal!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone (8 people). The villa perfectly matched the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we really appreciated. A great experience!

We’re so glad we found this beautiful home. The house had everything we could have possibly needed (and more) for our stay in Guadeloupe. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The house wasn’t just stocked with the cheapest basics; it had quality touches that made the stay really comfortable. Patrick greeted us upon arrival, he was very friendly, responsive, and happy to answer any questions. We were looking for a serene place away from the city and were really pleased with the location. We’d love to come back again.
