Holiday rentals with lake access in Grandes-Piles

Super chalet très propre, bien situé. Des directives supers claires et détaillées. Nous avons adoré notre weekend.

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. C’est de loin le chalet le plus équipé que nous avons connu. L’emplacement est magnifique. Le chalet et le site est encore plus beau en vrai que sur photo. Aussi, nous avons tous eu l’impression de dormir sur un nuage. Je recommande fortement ce chalet. Jessica & Tomy on aussi répondu très rapidement et ils ont été flexible. Merci encore!

Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. Waking up to the stunning view of Lake Chenin from the house was truly a highlight and made the experience even more special. The house was equipped with everything and anything you need and had all amenities .The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like a home away from home. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and cozy gateway

Agréable séjour dans ce magnifique petit refuge dans la forêt. Le site est tranquille donne accès à de beaux sentiers de randonnée. On reviendra certainement 😊

Très beau chalet en face du Lac souris, idéal pour se promener et se reposer. Le logement était très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut pour plusieurs jours. De plus l'espace est suffisamment grand. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et agréable !

The place was super cozy and had a really welcoming vibe—just perfect for a summer break. Also, Sophie was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I hope to find the cabin in future as well for my next visit.

Johanne’s place was great, a very restful and peaceful stop over on my bike trip! Very well equipped just like home and I was beyond thrilled to be able to cook my own dinner. The place is beautifully situated next to the water and I enjoyed hearing all the different birds in the morning :)

Great stay, very clean, great host. Our only complaint which has been mentioned before is the noise from the bar next door until 3am.

We had a lovely three days at Daniel’s chalet. The place was brand new and super clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. Despite using just a portion of the house, we still had enough areas for the two of us to work, nap, cook, and play board games (both indoors and on the patio). Lake Thomas is beautiful, but the only issue we had was putting the kayak into the lake - there were floods just before we arrived, so we would be knee deep in mud when entering the kayak. Swimming was much easier to do, as we jumped into deep water from the quay. When swimming be sure to try out the little green and white floaties - they’re so much fun! 🙂 At the time of our stay, the space between the chalet and the lake was rocky (there is no grassy areas) and unfinished (as per the photos), so we couldn’t sit by the lake except on the quay. We are feeling refreshed by the water and calmed by the quiet nature around the lake, and would surely return! Thanks, Daniel!

Beautiful home and stunning location, the pictures don’t do the Airbnb justice! Perfect place for a relaxed weekend away. The location is set right in the middle of a wooded area next to a small lake so the bugs are numerous (to be expected when in nature), so make sure to pack lots of bug repellent and afterbite cream!

Nous avons adoré le chalet! Parfait pour une escapade en famille. L’endroit était beau et chaleureux, et correspondait parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Nous sommes venues quelques jours en couple afin de nous reposer. Le logement est un havre de paix. Il est très bien équipé, la literie est très confortable. Le logement est bien pensé et la communication avec les hôtes en amont et pendant a rendu le séjour d'autant plus agréable. C'est de loin notre meilleure expérience Airbnb. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Demeure alliant charme et confort. Malgré une arrivée plus tôt que prévu Marie-Pier nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Quartier paisible avec les services à proximité. Parc régional de Portneuf à 25 minutes où randonnées et canot vous attendent à des prix très attractifs (juste ne pas oublier le répulsif à moustiques). Séjour excellent

The place is magic!! We had a beautiful stay. Very clear instructions, the view from the Chalet is just something else! Comfortable beds, lots of towels, essentials in the kitchen. We had everything we needed. The only negative perhaps is the cleaning.... we had to pass the broom for the whole chalet because there were more than 200 ladybugs inside, mostly dead on the floors, and we also had to clean the grill. There was hair in the jacuzzi upstairs and the furniture on the main floor could use a bit of cleaning. But everything else was simply amazing. If you come with small kids, be aware there is no security for the stairs, looks like once there was, but not anymore. The lake was still frozen, but espectacular view from the deck and the place next to the lake to spend time when the weather allows has everything you need. I would definitely repeat.

La maison est très confortable. Les équipements sont suffisants et pratiques. La vue et le bord de l'eau sont sublimes. Les hôtes sont accommodants. Malgré la proximité de la 155, le site est très silencieux.

Mes amis et moi avons passé un superbe séjour! L’emplacement du chalet dans la forêt était paisible et idéale pour nous puisque nous désirions relaxer, passer du bon temps et profiter du lac et des embarcations offertes. L’hôte nous a fait part des instructions claires à suivre et a répondu très rapidement à mes messages.
