A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. Excellent!! The welcome is more than perfect, you are welcomed with a lot of attention and lots of gifts. Chantale is also at your disposal if needed. The apartment is very good, a stone's throw from the beach and two steps from the village! A garden with all the accessories for you to rest and even have a barbecue!! Everything is great! Bravo

The most beautiful place we had in our stay. Everything is new and perfect! it's nice to enjoy the courtyard with the pool.

Very nice house, very practical, in a quiet, closed and secure complex, where the noisiest thing is Maurice, the neighbor's ram!! Grocery store and bakery 2 min walk, cooked dishes if necessary, the neighborhood is very nice, 5 min from the saltworks. A room on the ground floor, a beautiful pool to enjoy every evening after our beautiful day, great!!! Franck is very nice, friendly, super responsive if needed, while remaining very discreet. A home and a residence where life is very good, I will make my life there!!

We had a great stay in this house, with a breathtaking view. Syndra is a welcoming, accommodating, very responsive and always available host in case of need. The house is very well equipped and has everything we need. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.

If you want to meet up as a family in an idyllic setting then this is the perfect place! The villa is very well arranged, nothing is missing and what a view!!! The pool, garden and terrace are super nice, even the mosquitoes left us alone! Small scare on the last day following a military exercise nearby but finally it adds to the experience! We have just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very nice welcome from Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to Anse à l 'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a supermarket for troubleshooting. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on WE and holidays) in the bend under the house with succulent acras to take away among other things. The very nice pool and especially the view of Fort de France lit at night was a treat.

OMG! What an extraordinary stay at the Luciole. The villa is in a great location and the views are magnificent. In the south of the island, on the side of the Caribbean Sea, its location is perfect for those who want to visit the beaches…. I would recommend it without hesitating! Safe travels.

Alain's villa is a peaceful retreat. Lost at the end of the unpaved road (as specified on the listing), the place is magical. The house is well equipped and has everything you need (wifi included). It is indeed necessary to have a vehicle that can face the path to get to the house, but we were warned. The house is self-contained in electricity (solar energy), it did not cause us any difficulty, Alain had explained to us how to manage our electricity consumption so as not to find ourselves in difficulty. The pool is beautiful and has made adults and children happy. We also called on Alain for a boat trip: very successful.

We had a wonderful time in Martinique's place at Alexandra's place. Compliant and very well-equipped accommodation with a nice view and a hot tub to enjoy in the evening when you get home! Alexandra and her husband are very good hosts, available, responsive and did everything to make our stay pleasant and easy especially when we arrived (she picked us up from the airport and planter and planter were waiting for us in the fridge) and for our departure we were able to enjoy the accommodation until we left the airport very appreciated to be able to enjoy the beach in the morning and be able to shower before leaving. I would recommend it 100%

Good value for money for this place ideally located for exploring Martinique. The accommodation is large and spacious for 2 people. Beware of mosquitoes but this is not unusual for Martinique. The host is responsive, welcoming and caring. I recommend it!

The location of the house is excellent especially for surfers, the "private" beach downstairs is very quiet. The access path to the house is very steep, we did not dare to go down by car but once down, there is no one opposite and a terrace that allows you to live outdoors.

We spent 3 unforgettable weeks in Sephora's home, excellent value for money, we had all the comforts we needed and the most appreciable for us was the calm of the place. We're even thinking of coming back... I would highly recommend it. 👍😃
