Small vintage gîte for 2 people in the countryside

Small cottage (kitchen, bedroom, toilet/shower) with a vintage décor, located 10 minutes from the N79 and also 10 minutes from the N70, in a very rural and very quiet setting. This gîte is an outbuilding of the owners' house, which they occupy only very rarely, as it is their second home. The yard is shared, but the cottage is set apart from the house.
