Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Near the village of Loriol-sur-Drôme, Cliousclat and Mirmande in Drôme Provençale, in an old renovated farmhouse in the countryside. Quiet, good life and comfort in this 76 m² cottage on 2 fully equipped levels, 20 km from Valence and Montélimar, fenced 8000 m² property with large parking lot. Enclosed 400 m² inner courtyard with seasonal swimming pool. A private terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue is at your disposal. A crib and high chair on request Bikers welcome

In the shade of the linden tree.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

I will be happy to host you in my gîte "Les abeilles des fonds de Brian" in the middle of nature, in the forest, between the horse parks and other four-legged or two-legged friends. Completely private, this accommodation for 4 people has several rooms, a dining room/kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms (1 bed 190 x 140 and 1 bed 200 x 160, bed sheets provided), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a private terrace of 30 m² as well as an Internet connection.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.
