Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grant County

This is an exceptionally clean and well-organized home in an exceptionally quiet, peaceful location. The bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Our only problem was seeing the signage when we arrived after dark and very tired from a long (32-hour) trip.

Torei is a wonderful host . Checking in was pretty easy even though we checked in around midnight . Very clear instruction was given by her . Felt like home . Kitchen has all the utensils and spices even you will need if you at all prefer to cook by yourself . If I ever plan to reside around this area it will be my first choice for sure .

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We had an excellent stay at Keishia’s home in Wabash. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The town itself is charming and welcoming. Everything met our expectations, and we would gladly return

The space was beautiful with the natural light from all the windows and plants made it feel warm and welcoming. This is an older apartment building but is very clean, updated, and well kept. There is a lovely covered siting porch out front and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! The space checks all the boxes for comfort, functionality, and location. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Originally booked just for myself, but two brothers and one spouse joined me. It was good for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking big breakfasts together, and the kitchen was suitably outfitted with cookware and utensils. The brother who slept on the sofa said it was very comfortable. Ryan was very helpful and responsive when we added people, needed additional linens, and had a question about the thermostat. He even left us a nice card upon arrival, knowing we were there to visit our elderly father who had just begun hospice care. We all agreed we would stay there again if there is another opportunity.

Perfect for someone working out of town and looking for a place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of restaurant options around town. The house is always very clean and well kept with David helping you with anything you may need.

This was our third stay at Ashley's place. It's FANTASTIC! Stylish, clean, comfortable, close to TU campus and just all-around great! Thanks for another wonderful visit!

Taryn was quick to respond to our request to stay even though we were very last minute in booking. The ease of check in allowed us to arrive late. We didn’t do any cooking but, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils to cook with. Beautiful setting and super easy to find. I’d recommend this location and stay here again when visiting family in the area.

This was our second trip to Grace Farm. We shared this stay with our daughters and their children. It was a great place for the kids to run and play school and share time together (sleep over) with cousins. Such a happy sound to hear giggles coming from the upstairs rooms!!Welcoming treats are always a hit and there was everything we needed fix our food with. We will be returning when special events call us to this area!

Nice location close to campus and Jonathan and his team always communicate well. This particular property was clean and well equipped.

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and I really liked the touch of April’s place. Her house is remodeled, and she made a breakfast that specifically catered to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her place to others!

Great stay! It's within sight of Indiana Wesleyan University and the bypass. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Excellent host and the place was as pictured. Jonathan and Team were very responsive and proactive. There was a mix up with the taking out the trash at checkout and some noisy guests in another unit but not a major issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem in the heart of Muncie. Close to restraunts and peaceful environment with privacy. Def recommend. I have returned 4 times when I work in surrounding area

Our stay at Dustin‘s penthouse was absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked! Dustin was an incredible host, super responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. The penthouse is stunning- beautifully designed, clean and extremely spacious. It easily accommodated our group of three softball families (6 adults, 6 kids) with plenty of room for everyone to relax without ever feeling cramped. The open layout and large common areas made it perfect for hanging out together, watching the women’s college World Series games, playing pool, and unwinding after long days at the ballpark. Dustin owns the sandwich shop right downstairs. The food was delicious and super convenient for a quick bite. Within walking distance, there was a Mexican restaurant, a delicious pizza place, and even a steakhouse. We never had to go far to find something good to eat for all the picky eaters! We definitely will stay here again and highly recommend it!

After having driven for 9 hours from NC, it was really nice to have a clean, comfortable place to stay. Jonathan made the directions clear and easy to follow when entering and leaving. It's a nice, corner view of the square with large windows that allowed plenty of sunshine in, and blinds big enough for complete privacy. We will be looking for this space again when traveling up to visit family.
