Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes two bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, one-half bath, and access to the balcony overlooking the lake.

Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
