Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grant County

Place was Quaint and well maintained. The host were nice and inquired how we were doing and if needed anything. The home lost water briefly due to a main line burst on the street of home but host was nice by accommodating us with bottled water which we appreciated.

This year was our second time at this home and everything was wonderful. We enjoy it every time we visit and appreciate our time there. Debra was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. we will definitely be back again!!

Our family traveled to Kentucky to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Churchill Downs. We were a family of four traveling with three grandparents. Roselawn Retreat was a wonderful house to accommodate our group of 7. The three floors allowed for community time but also provided space for everyone when needed. The house looks just like the pictures, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was wonderful - close to the Ark with several great restaurants within a few minutes and also located on a quiet street. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We also would like to say Kate was wonderful to work with as a host. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We had lots of questions prior to the trip and she graciously assisted us in everything we needed. Thank you Kate for helping us make this trip possible and a wonderful memory for our family! You were a blessing to us! :)

We loved Elisa's place. It was tastefully decorated, well-furnished, clean, warm and inviting. It was a very comfortable place to crash after our family adventures. The outdoor eating space was particularly beneficial for our family. Highly recommend.

We booked this place as a last minute replacement after for our last stop on our way home. This was just what we needed that last night. It was private, peaceful, enough for beds for our family of six, and it was only about 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter, which we visited the next day. Would 100% book again!! Thank you!

Zachary & Nicole’s house was such a delight to stay in! Our family members that stayed with us were overwhelmed with how spacious, clean and usable the space all was! The game room was an added bonus for the kids & couldn’t get them out of there! Can’t say enough great things about their response & information they provided for your stay. If we find ourselves back in Kentucky we would absolutely stay again!

Kari's place is wonderful! You feel comfortable and like you are still at home! Very peaceful and watching the cows in the morning is relaxing. Kari is great to communicate with and my family and I would definitely stay here again!

Bobbie was an amazing hostess and was so sweet when we had to reschedule due to our dog having cancer. When we finally got to come we had an amazing time in the beautiful townhouse and visiting the ARK and Creation Museum. The townhouse had everything we needed and most definitely felt like a home away from home. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. We will definitely stick with Bobbie when we return!

A beautiful place with an amazing balcony overlooking the river. Christian was very responsive and accommodating. The town is charming with several restaurants in walking distance. A peaceful place to stay yet very close to all Cincinnati has to offer. Everything you would need is provided.

This way such a lovely, cozy, place to stay. Everything was mapped out from restaurants to very clear cute directions. We couldn't have had a nicer stay or a more charming host. We will be back!!! Laurie

Sweet Retreats was/is exactly that— a cozy little place to stay. Lori & Kenneth’s place exceeded our expectations!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip the day before. I contacted Mareka about the situation, and she was very understanding. Her communication was on point, and she gave very clear instructions. I really wanted to experience the Noah's Ark attraction, and when my family and I do, we will book with Mareka.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very cute and very clean. It had everything we needed. It was very close to the Ark and a short drive to the Creation Museum. We would recommend.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The apartment has about everything you would need. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. The grill made it easy to cook up a meal quickly. My son loved the kids room. I really like the information letter in each room that gave you address and phone numbers for multiple emergency services. The host Jeremiah was kind and very responsive to any questions or request I had. Overall the apartment was well thought out and great.

Staying here was perfect. It was well maintained, very clean, and had all the accessories and things you would need while staying there. Additionally, everything was labeled to make it easy to quickly begin feeling at home there. All the instructions are excellent as well. Loved it!
