The property is 6/10 mile from a public boat landing where you can fish, kayak or canoe the Wisconsin River. There are multiple parks relatively close that offer excellent hiking trails. Direct access to miles of ATV/UTV trails.

In the fall and winter it becomes a cozy spot for unwinding with views of fall foliage and snowy landscapes. Just a short 20 min drive to Dubuque, you'll find shopping and dining. Travel along the scenic Mississippi River bluffs to area wineries.

Home by the River

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. We have 2 dogs and welcome well-behaved pets. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
