Very central to all amenities. Garden at rear of property is a lovely little sun trap. Only stayed one night but facilities are certainly enough for a much longer stay. Will certainly look to book again when returning to the area. Chantelle was very responsive, friendly and helpful to any queries. Fresh milk, coffee/tea etc. Crumpets, butter and jam left was a much appreciated extra

We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

We wanted a countryside getaway for a group of friends to get together before one of us gets married. Brittany and Mel's place was perfect - we spent time outside in the hot tub and hosted a dinner party and games night with ample space. The Red Lion was only a short walk and the food was delicious. We were able to hike around the local area and take in the scenery. It really was the perfect weekend chillout for us all. The property itself is unique and timeless, it was fantastic value for money!

Cherry tree cottage is in a great location and is well equipped with a completely private and secure garden. Everything was clean and tastefully done. Our host kept a low profile - perfect for a secluded couple of days away, but was quick to respond when we reached out. Seat on is a lovely village with good walks and great accessibility for the rest of Rutland.

Susan is the best host! Lovely and thoughtful welcome amenities provided for our group, bumblebee barn is so homely, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—it was perfect for our three dogs to run around safely and enjoy themselves. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they had space to play as a lot of places advertise the garden as enclosed but they rarely are. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a peaceful getaway!

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

Would 100% recommend this place. The view is literally amazing, and the cabin was perfect. We had the best stay, Tattershall its self is a really lovely place. My son cried when we left and wanted to move in!!! The view from the cabin onto the decking really made the whole holiday. Michelle was great start to finish offering reassurance about the water and lakes ect. I would recommend this cabin and holiday park for all ages!!! Perfect! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home !!

This lodge is superb. It is clean and spacious and the views from the lodge and outside decking area are fantastic. The jewel in the crown is the outdoor hot tub by the lakeside. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrea

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

We had a lovely time staying on the boat. Sharon was really helpful from start to finish. Everything was set up for our stay and we had a great time. This trip was myself, my brother, and my Dad, so two of us used the bedrooms and one of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. There were ample blankets, cushions, and pillows for all three beds. The amount of space on the boat was great for us. I think three single people was the right amount for the boat, or four people if they were both couples. We entertained ourselves with food and drink on the picnic bench above the deck, and watching TV below deck. There was a strong WiFi signal and the streaming services on TV worked fine. Being on the Trent meant it was easy to go for a walk. We must have covered 8 miles on Saturday, along the River and into a couple of villages. All in all, we had a great time and would love to stay again on the future.

Steve & Hanri have been the perfect hosts. A beautiful house set in a stunning location that's so quiet. The property had everything we needed and we did all our washing before coming home. There lots of little nooks to read a book. 'What Lies beneath' is a good read! On arrival we were left beautiful treats from the bakery, along with a bottle of wine and treats for our minature dachshund. The garden was a delight with a table and chairs for all the family. The yellow seated area near the rose is a real treat to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on your own. All the recommendations are on a handmade map and we visted quite a few and we're very satisfied. The local pub 'The Sun Inn' offers the most outstanding food and service. The chip shop around the corner also satisfied our taste buds. Both our children enjoyed the recreation ground court where they played football and basket ball. The surrounding houses are just stunning. A 5* location and 5* hosts. We will be returning again.

Last time I stayed at Romanas was in winter, and I thought it was lovely and cosy. In spring it is lovely and bright, the outside space is a bonus. A great sized apartment, incredibly clean and all the amenities you could want. Also really nice to have bread, eggs and milk to enjoy! I thoroughly recommend Ramonas apartment as a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful house in gorgeous village surroundings. Dale and Helen’s place was impeccable and the whole experience was sublime. Communication was superb and no attention to detail was spared. Generous provisions were provided and one felt totally at home. There are not enough superlatives and would totally recommend and go back.

We had a lovely stay this weekend. The house itself was spotless, clear instructions and a really helpful guide book for local restaurants and activities. The layout of the home was beautiful and had lots of necessities that we forgot to bring! Thanks again for a lovely stay and we will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Simon is really good host and his place was amazing. It’s soo beautiful and surreal, just as described. Second time there and i’ll definitely be back
