Our house offers all the comforts for families with children. The balcony has a gas barbecue and a privileged view of the condominium's lake. The yard has acerola, pitanga, lemon and other fruit trees. Fully equipped kitchen, including an electric fondue pot to enjoy the chill. Our guests have access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, with a heated pool, playgrounds, soccer field and game room, as well as the lake full of ducks. We provide pillows.

In this little-known piece of land, located on PE 87, km 8, the famous Mandacaru Road, which fascinates those who are most passionate about direct contact with nature, located 90 minutes from Recife, around the municipality of Gravatá, framed by rocky mountains, visitors can enjoy the climate, breathe the fresh air, read a good book or simply listen to the soothing noise of the birds and winds of the region. It is in front of Katta Eventos (Waze), which I own.
