Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gravois Township

Cute and quiet place to stay. Within walking distance restaurants and bookstore. We ate at the Dressel which had a great Host, our Bartender/Server was attentive and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay her again.

Jennifer's place was just what we needed after being displaced by the May 13th tornado. It is a great neighborhood for visitors. The world famous Missouri Botanical Garden is a walkable distance away and Tower Grove Park is across the street. If you are a foodie, Grand Avenue has some of the tastiest International restaurants in St. Louis. We were comfortable and relaxed at Jennifer's place. Again, we highly recommend her place for visitors to the city.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in over the years. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with a big beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room with a large TV, and quiet bedroom with a comfortable bed. Great central AC for the hot summer weather in St. Louis, and I enjoyed the proximity for Forest Park and the Grove neighborhood. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town.

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very centrally located with easy access to local transit, within a short distance of several good restaurants, and with ample free street parking. Apartment overall was very cute and welcoming. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were a good temperature. The mattress was on the softer side but that is up to preference. Loved having a dining table and chairs for meals and games! The only noticeable negative was that every provided towel had significant stains. They had clearly been washed after an inspection but we were very concerned at first look.

So many extra touches. Treats and all the kitchen implements that made our visit so very comfortable. Privacy and comfort in the city made our visit special.

This is an excellent air bnb choice. We had a long term stay and were very satisfied. Brian was extremely courteous and so promptly responsive to any message. He fulfilled our special requests and even mailed us a few things we’d left behind when we left. The locale is nicely central to St Louis proper and the neighborhood is quiet. So many walkable eateries and shops. Parking was always available within steps of the front door. Pleasant back deck.

Did an overnight at Anthony's place with our two dogs. It was comfortable for the 4 of us and easy to find!

Our stay in St. Louis was awesome! Matthew’s home had everything we needed and more! Our 2 little dogs loved running free in the fenced-in backyard. The place was spotless & so inviting. I forgot my AirPods at the house & Cindy was kind enough to send them out to me the very next day!! When we come back to town, I sure hope we’re able to stay here again!! ❤️❤️

This was a dream! My whole family fit comfortably, it was centrally located, clean and the hosts were immediately responsive to questions. I loved the little coffee bar area. I also appreciated they had water and iced tea bottles waiting for us. We will definitely be utilizing this again!

Wonderful space! It was such a hot day and they had the air conditioning already started, phew, that felt good! THREE pillows on a twin bed, I was in hog heaven, the beds were very comfy! Plenty of coffee stocked, and the amenities were perfect! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Gabi!

Great place! The bed was so comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower. Now that I got the important stuff out the way, this place is so cute! I came in with my pup and stayed in St. Louis for about a day and a half, and this was perfect for us. It is exactly like the photos and the host were responsive and so kind. I was able to drive into and from STL easy peasy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing host !! The house is beautiful and cozy, I felt right at home. Would rent out again if I ever come to St. Louis ! Good neighborhood and the zoo is close by. My fur babies also enjoyed the backyard. One more thing, the bed was very comfortable that I had to ask her where she go it lol. Recommend!

Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this space! The apartment is really nice and perfect for a weekend getaway. Felt very safe in a quiet neighborhood and were able to walk to the Tower Grove Farmers Market and Botancial Garden. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was fine, easy to get into. Janet and Kathryn very nice. Not a fan of the Delmar loop, which wasn’t their fault. Beds were comfy.

This was a great rental for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary/middle school aged kids). It was exactly as described- plenty of space, tastefully decorated, with a good size kitchen that was well appointed with all the basics and then some. We really appreciated that the space was meticulously clean- not a dust bunny in sight. The location was great- walkable to nice restaurants and various sights. Overall, lots to commend this listing- we would stay here again if back in the area!

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.

If you have kids, this is the place to stay! Child proof outlets, no breakable decorations that little ones can reach, tons of amenities that we did not have to bring like pac n’ play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, toys, sound machines in every room AND black out curtains…um WIN! The fenced in backyard and playground was a HUGE bonus, beautiful porches to relax on and the house is walkable to one of our favorite St. Louis attractions the Botanical Gardens! Fantastic stay, we will be back!
