Great place. Place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, chairs, and soft yeti coolers for the beach. Nice deck and private pool overlooking Coral Bay.

We had a wonderful time at St. Thomas! Our first few days on the island we stayed with a friend that lives on the island. That was helpful, as the driving and roads are different then where we are from. I would suggest clicking on the directions on the Airbnb app to get the the house and use google maps. The house itself was more then we expected! The view from the back side of the house is directly to the ocean for miles and miles beautiful would be an understatement! Very spacious and we loved the layout! Our teenage boys had their own area and absolutely enjoyed relaxing in the pool! Two of the suites had a mini kitchen, perfect if you want a late night snack and do not wish to disturb anyone else they also had a private balcony, so peacful to hear the waves at night! There were also alot of little things that came with the house, play pens, box fans, bug spray, sunscreen etc. It was almost like we were at home! Roxanne was quick to respond with answers to any questions! Five ⭐️s!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pressure Drop Villa (PDV). The view is amazing and the location , though private, is close enough to beaches, groceries and restaurants. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked and supplies for the beach are provided. We used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels almost daily (had a rainy day). It is a short drive to many fantastic beaches. From PDV Salt Pond, Francis Bay, Maho Bay, and Skinny Legs (restaurant) are all a fairly short drive. Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches are a bit further. It was easier for us to park at Cinnamon Bay and take a Taxi to Trunk Bay. We also went into Cruz Bay to La Tapa for a fantastic dinner one evening. To end the evening we would unwind on the deck . It’s really nice to sit on the deck and relax and soak up the sights and sounds of Coral Bay. Jean was always available to answer our questions and give us guidance when needed. We would stay here again.

We just stayed at Zack’s a couple of days ago and can’t recommend enough! We stayed for 2 days after coming back from a boat charter in the BVIs and we really wanted to explore St. Thomas. Zack met us at the apartment/studio. The place was super cool like a New York loft and had lots of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys! We walked to restaurants and the Diamond District and Zack arranged for a car to the airport! Loved the vibe!

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! Everything was as advertised the views were stunning the home was absolutely beautiful and sabrina was an excellent host. My favorite part was that it wasn't dead in the center of town nor was it too far away from Charlotte Amalie or anything else, really 10/10 on all fronts.

Meghan’s place was perfect! Beautiful house in a perfect location from everything on the island, everything is about 20 minutes or less. Meghan and her concierge also provided great recommendations for everything we needed such as chefs, excursions, drivers, and restaurants, which were also all really great! Highly recommend, would be back!

To say that Thomas and Holly were lovely hosts is a massive understatement. In our opinion they went above and beyond to help in any way possible and to make us feel welcome. They went so far as to meet us at the ferry dock (with their 4 month old baby) and have us follow them to the villa. That alone was impeccable service! We would stay at their villa again in a heartbeat if/when we ever go back to Tortola. Honestly just can’t say enough good things about them and this amazing vacation! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

We had an amazing week at the Tropical Palm Villa!! Spencer was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Mason met us and made us feel right at home while checking us into the villa. The views from villa are incredible! The place was perfect for my family of five to enjoy St. Thomas and all it has to offer. We were especially grateful for the amenities that made cooking and grilling a breeze. We also enjoyed the beach gear that was provided, including chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. The location of the house is perfect, offering easy access to the beach, or a quick drive into Red Hook for restaurants, groceries, and the ferry to St. John. Overall, we had a tremendous week and hope to make it back soon.

This place was amazing. The property was very well maintained and clean. Everything worked and it had everything we needed. The location is close to hiking, beaches, grocery and food. Kim was a great host we will be back for sure.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this house and location is. A beautiful view of the water in almost every location in the home. Very clean and the ere was plenty of room for 5 of us. We loved the spacious dining room with a huge dining table to seat a large group. When on the deck, you are almost directly above the water-feels like you are on a cruise ship! Andrew responded immediately whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this home!

Villa Paradiso was incredible! Hilltop location, overlooking to Jost Van Dyke. The roads are a little harrowing to get up there, but easily navigable, and once there it’s pure solitude. Our kids lived the pool. The kitchen had everything to cook to dinner for our group of 10. The outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Would rate the home 10/10 and Rehanna and Sylvia were so so great to communicate with.

Twin Oceans is an excellent home with spectacular views. The pool was great, although we didn't swim much. Our group of 7: two couples and 3 young adults had plenty of room and privacy. This house is unique in that it has an open-air concept in the kitchen and living areas, and it has three separate sleeping areas. The main master bedroom is located just behind the pool and features its own bathroom. Just behind the master is a smaller bedroom that uses a bathroom that is not attached but accessible through a short hall. This bathroom is enclosed but open-air; it is large, but lacks a full-height shower head. The other side of the kitchen had a "Second" master that could be a king or two twins; the young adult girls shared this room, and it was perfect. The last king bedroom was behind and up a short staircase; it was private with its own bathroom, however a single vanity. Overall, the house was perfect, clean, and had great views. Mark was fantastic the entire time. We will be back.

We loved our stay here. We were traveling with two young kids (1 yo a 3 yo) as well as my parents. We both went out to eat and cooked quite a bit for ourselves and it was great that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The grounds are gorgeous, we felt very safe, and we loved have both the pool option and the beach so close. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

This place was even better than described. Anything you could think of or might need was available to use. Peaceful, private and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We would definitely book with this host in the future. Thank you 😊

The place was amazing! Best vacation we have ever been on. Beautiful views of the water. Snorkel gear and chairs come in handy! My advice would be to rent a car, so you can explore multiple beaches. We felt very at home at Ryan’s place. We were sad to leave.

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL AirBNB! It is very well appropriated and has everything you could possibly need, including supplies for the beach, linens, towels, and good recommendations for local activities. The views are breathtaking, the pool is delightful, and the beds are comfortable. Something that would have been helpful for us to know is that the main house contains two bedrooms and a common space. The other three bedrooms are stand alone and they open up onto the pool with doors that do not lock (to my knowledge). This influenced where we felt comfortable sleeping small children in our group and may be worthwhile for families to know ahead of time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for this little slice of paradise!

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

The view is amazing, plenty of room and very spacious. AWD is a must for the driveway, pool are is very nice. No complaints at all. We loved our week here !!!!

I’ve had staying in many airbnbs before, and Stacie’s place has been one of the best I’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more. Don’t even think twice to book this place! It’s beautiful. Also bathrooms were recently remodeled and they’re both beautiful. I will say that this home is not for children under or the elderly.

Beautiful home and location. Convenient to Cruz Bay restaurants and the beaches on the north side of the island. Great communication throughout. Our third stay on St. John and this was our favorite.
