Guesthouse holiday rentals in Great Salt Lake

Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cozy, well-designed and peaceful cottage with amenities at the back of a lovely yard. Walking distance to a cluster of great food options and a fantastic bookstore. Quiet neighborhood with well-tended gardens.

Amazing place and so quaint! Photos didn’t do it justice. Tucked away in an artist’s community, next to a library and a little plot of green to picnic and potty the dog! 10/10

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Bed is extremely comfortable, hot tube glows at night, fire place has wood, several extra blankets and pillows. Felt like it was better than living at home. Location is awesome. Gorgeous views if you choose to go for a walk. 15 min from salt lake. Awesome experience.

Great Airbnb with lots of amenities (kitchen utensils, towels, washer dryer, really comfortable bed etc..). Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're staying in Ogden.

Perfect spot if you need a comfortable, private, & clean place to stay in salt lake! We stayed one night while passing through & it was great, would highly recommend! Plus the bed is SO comfortable!

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a great stay!

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

MJ place was so perfect. It was a nice place to rest for a couple days before continuing to Denver. She was so responsive and gave us so much info. The view of the mountains was amazing She was so welcoming. I would recommend her place 100%.

Such a cute and memorable stay. My boys LOVED the loft. The space was designed beautifully. It really felt much bigger with the high ceiling and smart layout!

Melanie’s place was a perfect retreat. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plenty and above many other places we have stayed. We attended a concert at a nearby amphitheater our first night. Enjoyed local restaurants, shopping and a couples massage our last day. Great location!

We loved it! The Guesthouse was exactly as described — very clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, and the host went beyond expectations in providing friendly, helpful, and detailed messages. We’re looking forward to returning soon!

Overall it was amazing. It was cozy and exactly what we expected. There were airplanes going overhead every 10-30 minutes starting at 7 am. So it wasn't great for sleeping in or watching movies. But other than that it was perfect for a weekend get away

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

Don’t think about it twice! This is the place to stay I highly recommend this location. I went out to Utah for my sons soccer tournament it was just myself my 8yr boy and my baby I was looking for a safe place close to the park restaurants and in a good area since it was just myself with my children. I can say I made the best choice the house had everything I needed. Everything was nice and clean. The area was calm. it made my stay a lot more easier and comfortable. Thanks for everything TK I had a great experience. It made me feel at home. If I can give 10 stars I would. Thank you

The guesthouse locates in a serene and peaceful community, while within walking distance for access to the city downtown. The interior is so clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. It really feels like home! I was particularly impressed how close to the State Capitol, which was perfect for enjoying a night walk with the view of downtown after a busy day. There’s also a breathtaking trail to the Ensign Peak which was just a few minutes walk to get started. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
