Holiday rentals with lake access in Greater Carrollwood

David's lakehouse was a wonderful weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 couples, onw room upstairs and one downstairs. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Sourabh's place! The house was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Sourabh is a fantastic host—very responsive and a great communicator, which made everything even easier. I’ll definitely rent again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

It’s a wonderful place they have everything ready for you , they made your stay very confortable, close to all the attractions, definitely 100 % recomendable

We had family and friends stay for the weekend for my son’s graduation from the University of Tampa. The location was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the house was perfect for all of our guests.

This property was amazing for a group of guys who was on a fishing retreat. The house was spacious the guys truly love it. It was the best house we have stayed in. The best thing about it was the privacy. Mark and his team did an excellent job as host. They checked on us to make sure things were going as planned. That made me feel good to know I could reach out and they will respond. I will be back next year. Thank you Mark and your fabulous team.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the house was clean and welcoming. Everything I needed was exactly where Kimberleigh said it would be. Kimberleigh has everything you could possibly need, from make up remover wipes to hair ties and straighteners in case you forgot your own. The home was sparkling clean and quite comfortable, with extra throw blankets and pillows. Every detail you can think of for a peaceful getaway has been executed. Kimberleigh, thank you for the clear communication and quick responses to everything and having such a beautiful getaway spot you’re willing to share with the world. I didn’t want to leave but I will certainly be back.

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs but this is probably the best one so far! The place was spotless. They had everything you needed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely not cheap IKEA stuff. The pool was amazing and spotless. Floats were very clean. Outdoor dining furniture was very nice. So pretty at night with all the solar lights. Close to Tarpin Springs and Tampa. What really topped it off was there wasn’t 2 hours of work we had to do to check out! This place is amazing! 6 stars.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

Wonderful host and beautiful place.

Judith’s place was perfect for our trip to Tampa. It’s very private and peaceful and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house is well furnished and super comfortable-especially the beds! Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. Dave and Lindsay gave us our space, but were quick to respond when I had questions. My kids enjoyed giving the horses carrots. I would def stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and wonderful hospitality.

Sweet, friendly and cozy neighborhood tucked off Gunn Hwy. I highly recommend walking to the lake! The house is clean and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

House is great, with interesting history. Space was perfect for us. We were surprised how high the ceilings are, it gave house extra space and air. Shower is very clean and BIG! Kitchen is wonderful, it has everything. Cooler with cold and hot water also was very helpful. We didn’t have to buy water in the store, just filled our water bottles in the house. We were checking in very late, at midnight. House was easy to find and no issues getting inside. We did not have any issues during our stay. Great host, excelente communication.

The cottage was just as described. Loved the peaceful parklike yard. Very much enjoyed paddling around Saddleback Lake in the paddleboats and kayaks. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and sitting around the fire pit. Very nice peaceful neighborhood. Close to stores and shopping. Plan to stay here again when we go back to Tampa.
