Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Greater Geelong City

The place was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s a bit older, but everything was clean and functional. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Thank you to our host Matt. We had a wonderful 3 nights/4 days. As described and pictured on Airbnb, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The position of the home was a short stroll to the main shopping strip and a great cafe for our morning coffees. We self catered and found the well appointed kitchen appliances to be modern and easy to use including an extra large fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, easy to use oven and cook top. Bathrooms facilities were above average. Linen was soft and very high quality. There were so many extras supplied by the owner (while we didn’t use them, they would certainly be a bonus for anyone thinking of staying here e.g. baby cot and high chair, beach equipment, games, books etc). The TV and WiFi were excellent. The ability to bring our puppy knowing the backyard was spacious and fully fenced was an added bonus. A wonderful few days away to relax and enjoy a lovely little township.

This was our second stay at Ange's place and it was as lovely as we remembered. We will be back again, a real home away from home and excellent for children.

Great place to stay for a long weekend down the coast. The house was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do or see. Definitely recommend.

We felt right at home and at peace the minute we arrived. Despite miserable weather on our arrival, it didn’t dampen our experience in any way - it was a wonderful place to decompress and just enjoy a slower pace, and our young girls were ecstatic to play upstairs and in the yoga studio. Absolutely loved our stay in this lovely beach home. such a great place to spend my 60th birthday. Walking distance to everything, we hardly used the car. Loved the decor and everything was thoughtfully acquired and tastefully applied throughout the house. Loved the little retro heater in the 2nd bedroom, cute. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook yummy meals. The lounge room was equipped with cozy blankets. The beds were comfortable and had good cotton linen. The Rain shower was fabulous. Loved the retro Kitchen table and chairs so comfortable. Also liked the art on the walls especially the one in the main bedroom. We enjoyed the beaches and walking around the neighbourhood too. We also enjoyed playing coits, Bocce and did a jigsawpuzzle. My greyhound loved snuffling all round the backyard and playing on the grass. Thanks so much for all the thought and care you have put into Eleanors we'll be back. : )

We had a beautiful Autumn stay in this property. Walking distance to the beach and 7 minute drive to St Leonards and Port Arlington. The house was lovely and modern with so many extra features. We loved that the kitchen was so well appointed. Lots of space so no one was on top of each other. The primary bedroom was a luxury get away on its own. The host was very prompt with her responses, and some homely touches provided. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay in Portarlington, so close to town and a lovely cosy place for our winter visit!!

We felt very welcome at Lianas place, it's very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend a stay over there :)

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Host was easy to communicate with and was understanding. The place and distance to the beach were great. Would stay there again :)

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

We had a lovely time with Liana. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Her unit is cosy and nicely decorated and the courtyard is inviting.

We had a lovely time, place was clean and location was easy to find. Leo was also helpful and responsive. Hopefully we'll come back again soon.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

I could not recommend James’ place more highly. The location is incredible, a little slice of pristine nature - so close to Melbourne but feels like you are hours from civilisation. The house and the camping areas were even better than we had expected. Thanks James

We had a wonderful few days in the cottage at donkey run farm. despite all the rain we had a great time meeting the donkeys, checking out the food forest and enjoying the wintery beach. Denise and Greg were the ultimate hosts - helpful and so lovely with our kids. We really appreciated their extra little touches! thanks so much!!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hidden Valley House over the long weekend. It rained all weekend and it was the perfect location to cozy up by the fire. The cabin itself is very beautiful and the large windows looking out to the view make you feel like you are sitting right among the trees. James was extremely helpful before our stay, he called me to explain all of the details that we needed to know about the house. The location is not too far from Melbourne, but feels very secluded and surrounded by nature. We even spotted a kangaroo and a koala on the property while we were there! We were a little bit apprehensive about the composting toilet, but it was totally fine and it was very cool to know that the house is completely off the grid. We would love to visit again in the future!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The room was perfect and the view was amazing! Kerryn was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus - there was a gorgeous doggo next door that we got to see
