Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

At the corner of Smith and Willow, tucked between bushland and open paddocks you’ll find our shearing shed with shearer’s quarters. Set in shady gardens, the shearing shed is spacious, with open fireplace, couches and timber dining table for alfresco experience. This unique old shed has a mix of original features and modern rustic styling. Keep in mind, the shed moves due to weather and age. Creaky floorboards and quirky angles are the bits we embrace, with ongoing loving to share it with you.

St Germains Cottage river setting/farm stay

St Germains Cottage Enjoy the serenity of a perfect farm stay nestled with gum trees, wildlife, cows, horses, chickens and Goulburn river access. A great family getaway. Summer time is perfect with a sandbar to enjoy, ideal fishing spots and walking tracks.
