Apartment holiday rentals in Greater Skopje

This is our second time to stay in this apartment and it was a very pleasant stay! It is clean, has all necessary amenities, and is in a very good location. Simon is a great host! Highly recommend and we'll come back again!

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt um eine weitere Woche verlängert, weil ich es hier sehr gut fand und mich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Außerdem konnte ich Remote vom Laptop aus gut arbeiten mit einer stabilen Internetverbindung. Zudem war Gjorgi jederzeit erreichbar und kam proaktiv so wie zum Beispiel dass er gefragt hat ob ich noch Badetücher brauche hat er mir ganz gute Tipps gegeben, was ich hier in der Stadt machen kann und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!

Wir verreisen häufig per Airbnb und das war eine unserer besten Erfahrungen bisher. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich sauber und sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung wird wirklich nie langweilig und wenn doch, ist das Internet stabil und schnell für gemütliche Filmabende. Gleich im Wohnkomplex findet man alles für den Alltag (Supermärkte, eine Mall, Cafés und einen super italienisches Restaurant). Dejan und Biljana sind die besten Gastgeber. Uns wurde ein Taxi am Flughafen organisiert und sogar zum Geburtstag gratuliert. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt wie es uns geht und ob in der Wohnung alles passt. Zu guter Letzt durften wir auf Eigeninitiative Dejans/Biljanas noch 90min länger in der Wohnung bleiben, nachdem wir schrieben, dass unser Flieger erst am späten Nachmittag geht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ein ca. 50min Spaziergang ist sehr lang und bei Hitze anstrengend. Hier sollte man sich ein (offizielles) Taxi leisten (3,50-5€). The space is perfect, cosy and in a good sector, it is quiet and the main tourist places are nearby

We stayed here for a week and it was really nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything worked fine. Location is great, just next to East Gate Mall, so you can find food, shops, whatever you need. The host was friendly and answered fast when I had a question. It felt safe and easy to stay here. I would come again if I visit Skopje in the future.

A great apartment with an amazing balcony view! Very clean and tidy. Parking was an issue but we just spoke to locals or shop owners and they were all willing to help move their cars.

Lovely apartment exactly like the photos. It is in a quiet location near the city (about 15 mins walk). Daliborka was a lovely host, she provided clear instructions which helped me to locate the apartment easily. There's a supermarket nearby and a shopping centre too for all your needs.

A big and freshly renovated apartment in the Skopje district with the best bars and restaurants (do visit Matto Napoletano around the corner if you get a chance). Had everything I needed and more - even a Nespresso coffee machine. Note that only the living room has an AC but not the bedroom, however that didn't bother me at all. Dimitar and Kiko were very friendly and the check-in went great!

Great stay. The apartment was very clean, smelling fresh, and all necessity's provided. It is in a prime location (only 5-10 minute drive to downtown) and the host, Nikola is always available to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben! Super mit dem Bus erreichbar, man kommt innerhalb von zwei Haltestellen ins Zentrum. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Unterkunft ist aber super gelegen mit einem Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür und vielen Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Nähe! Die Unterkunft beinhaltet alles was man braucht und mehr; alles war blitzsauber und wie auf den Bildern; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die zwei Klimaanlagen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren Lebensretter bei 35 Grad draußen 😄 Mishko war jederzeit problemlos erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat uns bei der Ankunft noch persönlich begrüßt! Wir waren rundherum happy! 😊

Het is ern mooi appartement, in een rustige groene buurt. We hebben heerlijk geslapen op goede bedden en het was er brandschoon. Monika is een vriendelijke vrouw, alhoewel wij haar niet gezien hebben voelden wij ons gelijk thuis bij haar. Heerlijk die airco als het buiten 41 graden is. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Definitely reccomend this place! It was accurately portrayed in the photos, it was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was responsive and kind. Would definitely come here again. 5/5

The place is located in a good location, in a walking distance of the city center. The host was very responsive. I stayed only one night, but looks like the place is very well equipped if you want to stay for few more days.

Herşey çok güzeldi ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Erken giriş için bojana yardımcı oldu. Otoparkının mevcut olması çok büyük kolaylık. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız yaklaşık 15-20 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle türk çarşısı ve üsküp meydana yürümüş olabilirsiniz.

War echt sauber, hätte es nicht so erwartet. Klein aber perfekt, hat an nichts gefehlt. Hatten ein eigenen Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Restaurant / Cafe- Bar vor Ort. im grossen und ganzen 4.9/5 Sterne von mir Der 0,1 Verlust liegt an den Wasserleitungen, wärmt etwas langsam. Aber man gewöhnt sich nach einer Zeit dran.

very nice apartment in a top location to explore skopje, close to restaurants, supermarkets and the centre. its great value, comfortable, well equipped, very clean and with a nice view from the balcony. also the host risto and his wife are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

Kristina was great, she manages several properties and the one we stayed at was not the same as the one we booked. It was better! She 'gave' use the apartment that would fit our needs the most. We only stayed one night and we wanted to stay close to restaurants but still be able to go for a walk to the city center, which was all possible from the apartment we stayed at. It was also more modern. Kristina was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to help us park our second car, which was not an easy task in the city center. If we come back to Skopje, I'll definitely contact her again. Thanks Tina!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give in a heartbeat. Petar is such a friendly person with amazing suggestions. Thanks to him, I ate one of the biggest and tastiest burger of my life. The location of the house is just perfect. It is close enough to walk to center, but also far enough if you want to have some quiet time. also it's a big plus that the house close to city park. Inside of the house was also how they are in the photos. by the way, there were enough hot water and I never encounter hot water problems. overall, amazing host and an amazing home. would rent here again if I come to skopje, definitely recommended.
