House holiday rentals in Grebaštica

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Das Bett super bequem und hat toll geduftet. Der Pool hat eine entspannte Größe und war auch top sauber. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 🥰

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von Spülmittel bis zu Tabs für die Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und auch unser Hund war sichtlich entspannt – das Grundstück war wie beschrieben vollständig umzäunt, was uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft! Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd, da die Straßen momentan nicht vollständig ausgebaut sind, aber das ist gut machbar, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Außerdem liegt das an laufenden Straßenbauarbeiten, also könnte das beim nächsten Besuch schon ganz anders aussehen – dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cette maison est un véritable coin de paradis ! Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, et tout était absolument parfait ! Les chambres sont confortables, la maison dispose de 3 salles de bains, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine donne directement sur la mer! La vue est splendide ! L’environnement est calme. Vedrana s’est montrée très gentille et réactive dans nos échanges. Nous aurions aimé rester bien plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! C’est une des plus belles expériences airbnb de ma vie ! MERCI !

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

Wij waren hier in de Nederlandse meivakantie en hadden fantastisch weer waardoor we erg hebben kunnen genieten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad en de rustige omgeving! Alles in het dorpje was nog nagenoeg gesloten (behalve een kleine supermarkt en een restaurant!). Met de auto heel prima uitstapjes te maken naar Trogir, Split & Primosten en Krka! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en wij zouden dit plekje zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Besonders begeistert hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich, die Außen-Küche und der liebevoll gestaltete Kinderbereich. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, sind in den Genuss des leckeren Essens von Ana‘s Eltern gekommen und durften sogar das erste Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten verkosten. Einfach ein wunderschöner Ort um zu entspannen und guter Starpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The perfect spot for a relaxing stay- thank you to Ivica! The house had everything we needed- plenty of space, a great kitchen (indoors and out!), and a stunning patio and pool. We spent time in nearby Sibenik (5 minutes away), at local wineries, and also an afternoon in Split (less than an hour away). Ivica responded quickly when we had questions, met us for the initial check-in, and then shared recommendations on local highlights. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Croatia!

We had such a great stay thanks to our wonderful hosts—Josipa, Slavka, and Jose! Josipa’s communication was fast, clear, and super helpful. We speak English and had no problems at all communicating with her. She also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and made everything easy from the start. Even though we arrived late, Slavka and Jose greeted us warmly and gave us a full tour of the home. My wife had booked the Airbnb, so I had no idea what to expect—walking in to find a spread of cured meats, cheese, a fresh loaf of bread, and cold drinks was a fantastic surprise. After a long drive and with all the restaurants closed, it really meant a lot. The home itself is spacious, with several rooms, a big living room, and a large balcony that's perfect for relaxing. It’s also a short drive to Krka National Park, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. If you're thinking about booking this place—do it. We’d love to stay here again next time we visit Croatia!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Plage de Marina à 5mn en voiture Commerces (supérette et boulangerie) à 2mn à pied Port de Marina et restaurants accessibles à pied. Split à 45mn en voiture, départ des activités : rafting, sortie bateau.... Nous avons appréciés la verdure, la grande terrasse, le calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivan. Ivan a gentiment facilité notre arrivée. La maison est très bien entretenue tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue merveilleuse, de la luminosité et du calme de la fin octobre. Si nous revenons en Croatie nous y retournerons assurément.

Very quiet location, very beautiful surroundings on the way to the beach, which takes 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a holiday, but if you plan to be in touch, you need to consider that there is no WiFi. The hostess is very friendly and helped with any requests. She also helped buy delicious homemade wine and olive oil

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Antonio’s place was an airy, spacious, contemporary villa, with pool, just as described. Well-equipped throughout with a purpose built barbecue. Jadrija itself is a charming quiet holiday village, where Croatians go - there were mostly locals when we went. Jadrija has one great restaurant and three small but perfect beachfront cafes for coffee, sunset drinks and doughnuts. Everyone was super friendly. The sea is crystal clear and though the coast is rocky, there are many easy swimming and sunbathing spots - beach shoes are a must though for the pebbles. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away in Vodice, though there are also supermarkets close by in Šibenik. Šibenik is a beautiful historic town, and Vodice is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants and great seafood options. Krka national park is a must. All places are within 10-40 mins drive from Antonio’s place. A fantastic holiday base, highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Meillä oli upea loma Anan talossa! Ana, hänen äitinsä ja isoäitinsä ovat todella ihania. Kommunikointi Anan kanssa sujui mutkattomasti ja hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Talo oli UPEA! Viihdyimme siellä todella hyvin. Paikat olivat siistit ja ulkotila oli mitä mainioin. Ana huolehti meistä hyvin ja oli meitä vastassa, kun saavuimme. Hän kertoi ohjeet ja antoi meille neuvoja. Hänen isoäiti ja äiti tekivät meille tuoreita croissanteja ja toivat meille omista puistaan ison kulhon kirsikoita, jotka olivat todella maukkaita. Heidän vieraanvaraisuus oli ihailtavaa ja arvostettavaa. Lisäksi Ana oli täyttänyt meille jääkaapin sinä iltana kun saavuimme, olimme tästä todella kiitollisia. Minulla ei ole mitään huonoa sanottavaa mistään. Kiitos vielä Ana ja hänen perhe <3

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!
