As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

All guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as to the space outside the right of the entrance of the house (lavanderia),where the washer-dryer is located. The Loft is located in the heart of the shopping & pedestrian center of Marousi, giving visitors-guests-guests, the opportunity to visit the market, the services, and also to eat, to have fun within a few minutes walking distance.
