Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This private, self contained accommodation surrounded by ancient railway & woodland offers a gorgeous interior with log burning stove, a tranquil setting to get cosy, relax and unwind. With stunning walks on the doorstep and many nearby Somerset landmarks to explore this is the perfect unique escape to retreat or enjoy time with loved ones.

Contemporary Barn near Wells, Bath and Bristol

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).
