Beachfront holiday rental in Green Point

Mark and Alisa were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We broke down a few minutes away and Mark was quick to aid us by fetching my family and luggage while I waited for the tow truck. I have to give a huge shout for this act of kindness. Thank you once again. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back God willing.

We had a lovely stay at Kathy's apartment. Kathy was a great host. She really goes the extra mile. The apartment was clean, safe and modern. We will definitly visit again.

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

First stay for me at the apartment and I really enjoyed it. Partly for its location (quiet road with great views) and partly because of the apartment itself with sea views from all rooms and nice outdoor area. The hosts were very helpful, communicative and reactive to any requests from me.

This accommodation was perfect for a work trip but feeling like a holiday. The apartment offered all the amenities and space needed to work but the view, surroundings and recommendations made it comfortable and relaxing after a long day. Elvis, Rachel and the property security were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this apartment for any type of trip.

The place was more beautiful than in the photos. We had a great time staying here. Will definitely book again when next I’m visiting

The photos don't show how spacious this place actually feels. The architecture is brilliant. All rooms are on one floor with with lots of natural light steaming in from the large windows facing the garden and the windows in the ceiling. The minimalist style, with wooden flooring and furniture and white walls feels peaceful. There is no noise, apart from the wind in the trees and birds. And it is very close to an amazing beach. On that beach, and in walking distance from the house, there is also a great restaurant. The house has all the utensils you need to cook at home, even an option to do a BBQ (we did, one night). The surrounding 'village' is also very pretty and as it is within a gated community it also feels very safe. Martina is an excellent host: She answered all our questions accurately and promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay there again.

We loved staying here for 2 years in a row. After a week of business meetings it was so refreshing to stay in this beautiful peaceful place with amazing views. The sunsets were spectacular.

We had a wonderful time staying at the apartment. It was nice and cozy and the host was messaging to check if we are doing alright. Proactive hosts and the concerige team during check-in was friendly and helpful. This was one of the best maintained studio apartments we have stayed and I would definitely visit again. For a single person stay or couple(no kids), this is a good place that is pocket friendly and situated in a place that has access to restaurats/grocery stores etc.

Beautiful apartment in a great area. The views are incredible! Having the promenade and Green point park in walking distance is very nice. Parking is conveniently in front of the apartment and so using a car to visit other places around is easy.

We had a wonderful stay, absolutely nothing to complain about. The flat is a few metres from the sea, with the most beautiful view from the beach. Everything we needed was provided, i.e. kitchen appliances, wifi, towels, security, comfortable beds, etc. I highly recommend!

Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Thank you Jane for helping us enjoy our last couple of days in SA.

We LOVED staying here. Felt like I could happily live there. The views of the water from inside and the outdoor balcony were great as well as being able to hear the water. The furniture was comfortable and stylish, the shower had great hot water, the kitchen (though we never cooked) had great amenities. We could walk to a number of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as stroll the promenade across the street. Our hosts were very responsive. Can’t wait to return to Cape Town, and when I do I’d want to stay in this same place.

Rene's place is nothing short of spectacular. It's perfectly situated with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountain. Very comfortable, modern and clean. if you forgot something, be sure that she might have it.

A spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment perfectly located on the promenade. Everything is provided from clean, crisp white linen and towels to kitchen appliances and detergents etc. Maretha was a great hostess. Allowed us to check in slightly early and to stay until 5pm on the check-out date.

We had a great long weekend staying at this spacious and secure flat. We walked along the promenade and to nearby coffee shops. And enjoyed looking out over the ocean at night. Visited the V&A and loved driving the short distance back to the flat. Was great to park in secure parking. Will definitely be back.

Chelsea’s place is a good deal for the price especially when you consider the location is in Camps bay. The aesthetics may not be jaw dropping but it will leave you with nothing to complain about as well.

Absolutely loved our stay! Every room in this place offers a view, but the living room view is truly unbeatable—you can see Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, and the ocean all at once. The top-floor room shares the same stunning panorama. Staying here made me want to move to Cape Town! The neighborhood is both secure and peaceful, exactly as it appears on the website. The home itself is even more beautiful in person. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. An unforgettable experience!

The perfect location.I highly recommend this property. Exceptionally clean and the style and interior is breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and our daily walks on the promenade .
