Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greenacres

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Claudia’s Airbnb. Her place was exactly as described - comfortable, nicely appointed, and clean!  If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Her place was very close to the fairgrounds, restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. Check in and check out was super easy and communication was superb.  I highly recommend this Airbnb and we look forward to our next stay!

Very nice place ! We were 7 and it was the perfect home !! All the rooms distributed so well with a bathroom close ! I loved how clean and quiet the place was !! We felt like at home !! We had a great time ! Very peaceful ! We really enjoy staying here ! The owners were very communicative and had clear instructions on how to use things at the house . The place also felt very safe ! There was many restaurants around , shopping center like Publix , which made it very convenient for us to buy groceries and cook . Also there was a Starbucks close so that was very convenient itself ! Thank you for trusting in us and allowing us to stay in your Beautiful home ! Don’t doubt to stay here !! Is a great price, house. And location !!! With amazing home owners who communicated with us when we had questions !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was impeccably well-kept and spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. It felt incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time. We had such a fantastic experience and can't wait to book this place again on our next trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place while in town for my wife’s residency at Keiser University. It was myself, my wife, our two kids (9 and 2), and my aunt, and the house felt like home the moment we arrived. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the location was extremely convenient, just 15 minutes from campus and close to shops, restaurants, and coffee. The dryer wasn’t working during our stay, but Matt let us know that a technician was scheduled and provided a drying rack, so it was only a minor inconvenience. He was quick to respond to any questions and even gave us a later checkout, which really helped. We’d definitely stay again—highly recommend!

Wonderful Everything! From booking to arrival all was perfect! The home is like a cozy nest. Anything you could possibly need or want was there! From the kitchen items to the bathroom- soap, shampoo, trash bags, and AN IRON! The bedrooms even had luggage racks, tons of dresser space, large mirrors and best of all, an amazing mattress! The kitchen was stocked with all you could need to either whip up a big dinner or BBQ on the stocked grill outside. OH! And the OUTSIDE SPACE!!! Perfection. Lounge chairs, a full dining table and a view you could only dream of! Since the property is split, with someone next door, we got to meet some nice people. Even the neighbors across from me! The experience was perfect for us. Next time we will bring our daughter. She saw pictures and loved it too. Our stay was really great, very clean and we felt right at home. Carol was a great communicator and a helpful hostess. I would definitely stay there again.

Before we start with the actual home, I just want to thank Mark for being very nice, and responding very quickly. This place was amazing. Absolutely beautiful. It look better than the pictures. The backyard, the grill, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen! The best part of all of this, the internet was very very fast. I’m a bit of a gamer and brought my consoles, (PS5 and Xbox Series S) and just wow! When I return to Florida, this Airbnb will always be my first pick. Thank you for having us!!

All I can say about this place in one word is "AMAZING" . Everything we needed in the home was there and Super clean with all the comforts of home. Peaceful and absolutely love the Florida room. Victoria was an amazing host. Very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The unit itself was beautiful and equipped with all of our needs, close to the beach, and very private. Highly recommended to all! If you’re choosing between spots or dont know where you’re going to stay, look no more. Will be staying again.

A cozy little getaway! Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements. Suitable for light meal prep. The kitchen has basic appliances for breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner. The shared backyard had soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere for the evening after a day of exploring. Easy access to local restaurants, parks and beaches. An excellent space for two people who are out and about.

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful, quiet place to go relax. It is worth every penny.

We had an incredible stay at Jennifer’s place! The location was perfect - easy to walk to the beach, food, shops. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very responsive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary! The condo was bright, modern, and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the location was great. It was so convenient to have a Publix right across the street and the beach a very short walk away. We also appreciated the provided beach gear - we used a couple chairs and the beach umbrella and set up shop for several hours at the Root Trail public access. The parking placard also came in handy - while we opted not to use the Valet (my husband is picky about other people driving our car), there was always ample parking available right down the road from the condo, so we never struggled to park. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Marianna is the best kind of host - super responsive, gracious and kind. She went above and beyond to work with me on this reservation and ensure my satisfaction. Plus, this place is absolutely adorable! So many cute little added touches. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Elizabeth’s condo for a week while in town for work, and it was perfect. Quiet, beautifully updated, and spotless—ideal for both remote work (great WiFi!) and relaxing. The patio view was serene, especially with a glass of wine in the infinity chair. The PGA neighborhood felt very safe, which I appreciated as a solo traveler. Thoughtful touches like coffee, snacks, and excellent communication made it a standout stay. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and directly across from a Publix, which was super convenient. The unit was spotless, exactly like the photos, and felt very comfortable and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to reply and even shared some great recommendations for things to do in the area. The building had 24/7 security and front desk staff, which made me feel extra safe, and valet parking was a great added convenience. Overall, a 10/10 experience—highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
