I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Of my many Airbnb stays, Laura’s comes up with the very best. Her home is lovely, inside and out, with a lot of fun activities to choose from. Located on a beautiful creek opening to wide water gave us a chance to explore in her kayaks and paddle board. Rainy weather meant indoor board games, reading etc on the beautiful protected porch. The kitchen had all sorts of amenities for cooking. Plenty of bedrooms for sleeping in the peaceful atmosphere. I can’t wait to return there!

We had a really nice stay at the Rose Retreat! The home is wonderfully appointed with nice furnishings. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen with upscale drink and dinnerware. The hand written welcome note, bottle of wine and snacks were so thoughtful - thank you! A perfect location from which to enjoy Irvington and the surrounding towns. We hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

We needed a peaceful, relaxing weekend away and that’s exactly what we got by choosing this AirBnB. While neighbors were close, the trees made it feel like we were secluded. The home was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back room off the kitchen for just hanging out and chatting. Maria provided thorough details up front and was responsive during our stay. We are already planning our next trip.

Peaceful setting to get away for the week. We had a small issue occur while staying at the house and Laura took care of it that day. She was timely with responding and communicating with us. The kids had a great time at the dock catching crabs and minnows. The pool was nice to have access to as well. We would stay here again.

Sarah’s place is AMAZING! Sarah went above and beyond being they didn’t have time with the weather to set up the new pool but went and dropped off a sprinkler and water hose for my daughter to use even though the weather never quite cooperated for us to use! Sarah was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed as well as gave great recommendations for local things! We will definitely be returning & staying here!

We love our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find, and the views were amazing. We spent the whole time outside in the nature, and we loved how quiet it was. Kevin was easy to reach for any questions we had, and we appreciated his help. We would definitely come back here in the future.

The Tweedy Bird house is absolutely beautiful. It is clearly a well loved property, and we felt at immediately relaxed and at home. The dock is beautiful, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want for cooking, and the bedrooms are cozy. Claire was incredibly helpful when we had a few questions, and helped us arrange a seafood order. Thanks, Claire!

This place had a great location; it was less than 10 minutes for the local restaurants and only a 15 drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed, there was plenty of space for atleast 6 people (even though there was just the two of us). The airbnb itself was really charming. Host was amazing, really responsive and communicative. Their checkin and checkout procedures were really clear. My only “asterisk” is that since it is an older house and in the middle of a marshland basically, it was pretty humid inside. It seems normal for the area especially considering it was raining half of our stay. The AC boxes in every room definitely helped but just something to note about our stay. I’d recommend a dehumidifier to the hosts. Overall a great stay, would recommend this place to all when staying in Chincoteague!!

My husband and our 2 small children had a great time. There was tons of space for them to run around and children’s beach toys for them to enjoy at the beach, just 15 minutes away!

We had an awesome experience! The location was perfect, especially with the softball fields in Salisbury being so close by. The house was super clean and comfortable, with tons of space for our three families. The game room and movie room were great, and the backyard was a blast with the in-ground pool, hot tub, grilling station, and fire pit. It was also perfect for the kids! The host was really responsive and helpful. And to top it all off, we brought home the gold! If we come back to Salisbury for another tournament and it's available, we'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved watching the sunset and the dolphins from the beautiful private dock. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. The beds were comfortable and the house was adorable. Chincoteague is super cute with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and natural beauty.

10 stars – The Best Host & Perfect Stay! This country spot was everything we needed and more! Super clean, incredibly peaceful, and the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. The best surprise? Not a single mosquito in sight—which is rare for the country! The host was amazing and made the whole experience even better. We even extended our stay because we didn't want to leave. Already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

My family has a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. the hosts were accommodating in that we needed an extended stay and were very responsive. The location is nice, it's walkable to the beach. Also with a short walk you can see the sunrise or sunset. Waterfront access is nice although we didn't utilize it. The unit looks as advertised. It was cozy for our stay. The couch was comfortable. The hosts have gone out of their way to provide utensils and other kitchen items that were very useful for our time there. We are very grateful for our time there and would recommend it highly.

My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

Such a beautiful home! It also was very cozy and peaceful. The beach and pier is a nice walk away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. I will most definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend! The setting on the river is so beautiful and charming. The house was immaculate and very well equipped so very very comfortable. The host were friendly and accessible to everyone want or question.

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

We were in for our nieces graduation from SU and this was the perfect place to stay. It reminded me so much of home! It was peaceful and relaxing. It was so nice I wish we had been able to spend more time there! Susan was an exceptional host. She was very informative, gave us helpful tips, and was very friendly. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone. Best AIR BnB I’ve been to so far!

This was our second stay at the Magnolia house! It’s a charming place with tons of character! Comfortable furniture and very clean. Great kitchen and the rain shower bathroom is amazing. Great outdoor space and convenient parking area. Lots of walkable fun things to do. Great restaurants, shopping and we even caught the local farmers market with locally made crafts, fresh produce and seafood! The beach is a short drive and saw the wild ponies on our way into the park! It was a wonderful experience! We look forward to our next trip!

We recently stayed at Colin’s Airbnb in Lusby, MD, and it was an absolute gem. Nestled right by the ocean, the home was quaint, peaceful, and filled with charm. The views and the serenity of the surroundings made our getaway feel truly special. Colin was a wonderful host—quick to respond, kind, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. When we reached out for local bakery recommendations for our daughter’s birthday cake, he gladly shared a few. We ended up choosing one and couldn’t have been happier—the cake was perfect! The home itself was cozy and comfortable. The IKEA bedding added a clean, modern touch and made for a restful night’s sleep. There was just the right amount of space for the three of us to relax and enjoy our time together. Thank you, Colin, for making our stay memorable—we’d love to return someday!

Another excellent stay. Location is convenient to Chincoteague and the beaches but not on the is l ad with the crowds. The space was very clean and comfortable, and also very unique. Kitchen is fully stocked and the on premises washer and dryer are a huge plus. Eve is one of the best and most responsive hosts I've ever had on Air BnB. Definitely will be back again!
