Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

The caribou cabin was a beautifully unique stay. We love privacy and this was perfect. The cabin itself is so nice and new feeling and incredibly clean. Everything in it is well done. The kitchen had everything we needed and I was super happy to find nicer cooking pans. Sitting on the back deck, listening to the river and watching the deer go by …couldn’t ask for more. The walk down to the river is an easy walk down and back up if you are decently healthy. The birds and butterflies are plentiful. The driveway in will let you know you are entering your very own private space. Highly recommend !

This place is amazing, the pictures dont do it justice! We loved how remote it is, you cannot hear traffic, just running water and birds, so relaxing! The drive to get up to the cabin is rough, when Laura says 4wd and high clearance is needed, dont take her lightly, she is 110% right about that. But, do not let that scare you, once you get to the cabin, it is well worth it! You can clearly see why they chose that specific spot for the cabin! Also, the sasquatch scavenger hunt is a nice touch, it was fun hiking through the woods looking for the sasquatch. If you are looking for seclusion and have 4wd, you cannot go wrong with this cabin, we highly recommend it! And Laura is a wonderful host, very responsive! We will definitely stay at Laura's cabin again.

My husband and I wanted to nice quiet weekend getaway and a trip to Eureka Springs sounded perfect. Doug's cabin was perfect! The photos and description on the website lured me in and when we arrived everything was just as described. We loved the privacy and quiet surroundings. I am an avid birdwatcher and enjoyed sitting on the huge new deck listening to their beautiful songs. The cabin was immaculate and the bed and linens were very comfy. The best part was the swing on the deck, I could have stayed there so much longer! The cabin was close to Eureka Springs and the host gave us a couple suggestions for dining. We loved hiking in the Leatherwood Lake area and what a treat the whole adventure was for our dogs. We rebooked for September and are excited about returning. Thank you Doug for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.
