House holiday rentals in Greenway

Gratefully the place was warm and welcoming for our later than expected arrival. Which meant our young kids could jump into comfy warm beds after a long trip. So well located, very convenient for getting to all the museums and galleries. Would recommend!

The house is and absolute gem with everything needed for a comfortable stay, it's in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, and right near bush walks up and around Mt Ainslie. Thanks for having us, we had a great time.

We had a lovely long weekend stay at Mon's place. The house surpassed our expectations and was perfect for our family group of 5. Very modern, well laid out and lovely outlooks from all the large windows. The heating was excellent over a very cold and rainy weekend. Mon was extremely responsive and helpful answering queries almost instantly. I would highly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Nice and kid friendly, close to the Zoo, Questicon, a beautiful park and playground as well as other amenities like supermarket and chemist. Many places to eat not too far. Clean home, fairly quiet area.

This home was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the hot tub, pool -for a very quick dip, fire-pit, games and books. There was no need to go anywhere else during the afternoons so we were able to rest as well. The view is lovely. Thank you Jackie

amazing autumn retreat! very spacious accommodation and enough to keep 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 doggies entertained all weekend! beautiful house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! definitely recommending to friends and hopefully we will be back to visit again in the future!

Canberra in winter is known to be somewhat chilly. We did not even for a moment feel the cold temperature at Sui's home. The heating in the main living area and the bedrooms was excellent. It was also easy getting in and out of the house via the garage, which we made use of specifically to prevent frosting up of car windows in the overnight cooler temperatures. We had such a wonderful, happy, laugh-filled weekend, and would happily stay there again if the opportunity arose or would definitely recommend to others looking for a large house for a great getaway.

We loved our stay! Such a massive house with a heap of room for a large group. Very comfortable stay and would highly recommend. In a lovely spot but not super close if you’re looking to walk to the city.

Excellent stay Cindy was a great host super helpful with all our needs. Place was cosy and well heated during the cold Canberra nights. Would recommend to anyone who needs accommodation with quiet surrounds and close proximity to the city.

Paddy's Place was perfect for our extended family. There were plenty of luxurious-feeling spaces for us to be together, or apart. The communal kitchen was exactly what we needed - roomy, attractive and functional. It is a really great space to stay in. In my Aunty's words: 'the house is exquisite!'. Kayla was really friendly and communicative. I'd definitely recommend Paddy's Place to other large groups and we would certainly come again.

We loved our stay so much we were sad to leave! Sha and Eli have curated an exquisite experience! After a long day of work we arrived to a beautiful ambience and a gorgeous, cozy little home where we could base ourselves for a few days. They have thought of all of the creature comforts with their space is a beautiful blend of retro and modern. Ainslie Cottage is clean, close to a wonderful little set of shops and the vibe is ‘peaceful’! We will definitely be back. Thanks Sha and Eli!

Beautiful home, amazingly appointed with everything you need to work, cook and relax. The layout of the space is perfect - easy and spacious zone for preparing meals, nice spots for working and comfortable for hanging out with my friend. The inner courtyard is very pretty and will be even more amazing when the plantings grow in. Very close to decent little shopping strip and bike path to town - can ride to galleries and museums easily. (I had a bike loaned by a friend.) Concrete floor was cold in the mornings (slippers were handy) but warmish at night if you follow instructions about letting the sun in. If you like doing yoga there's enough room to roll out a mat. Could ask for a better experience. Canberra is cold so bring warm things and you'll be snug as here.

We chose Mark and Sarah's place for its location and because as 4 adults we need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Mark greeted us and showed us around the Garden Cottage. The kitchen was modern, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The place was sparkling clean, comfortable beds and quality linen. We asked Mark for a restaurant recommendation, and they sent us to the White Chaco advising that we book which we did. The food was amazing as they suggested. As a tourist to Canberra, it's not something you would find - only the local know about it. The cottage was well airconditioned for a Canberra winter and we were nice and cosy in the cottage. Easy cycling to the lake which is what we wanted. Mark and Sarah were great at communication - they were everything you expect when booking a quality Airbnb. I can highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place in Canberra. Thanks Mark and Sarah - we'll be back. Meg, Matt, Doug and Kaye

WARNING ⚠️ Only stay here if you don't want to miss home! This beautiful home has been updated to comfoetably accommodate the comforts required of a family of 5. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt right at home from the very beginning. Jane took the liberty (without being asked) to provide a portacot for our 2 year old and made sure there was toys and entertainment for our 3 boys. The backyard is a sanctuary and it is very clear that Jane has worked tremendously hard to have it established. The fully fenced yard allowed me to feel comfortable having my dog and 3 sons playing outside. Upon arrival we were met with a thoughtful gift and even more thoughtful note welcoming us. Jane's passion for making guests feel at home is beyond anything we have ever seen. We have family in Canberra and will be staying here again, most definitely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah and Matt's place. The backyard, quiet streets and nearby ovals were great for exploring with our doggo. Inside was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and the heaters kept us lovely and cosy with the cooler Canberra nights. Sarah and Matt were friendly and responsive - we hope they'll have us back again soon!

Miriam was a wonderful host. The house is new, in an amazing central location, close to local shops and the lake, great spot for walks. The fit out provided everything we needed w comfortable bedding and the ducted heating was most welcome. Highly recommend.

Great stay! We stayed 2 nights in Canberra. Great location next to Red Hill shops and cafes. Very warm house with central heating..great for a Canberra winter! 🙂

We had a family gathering at Meg's place and the house and property suited us perfectly. We had some fantastic weather and so some really epic sunsets over the hills - the views are fantastic. We also visited a local winery that Meg recommended and had a lovely, slow lunch. The layout of the house is excellent for socialising and also for sleeping quietly. We had the fire going all weekend to keep us super toasty. We all said we'd love to stay again. Thanks Meg.

Anne’s place is incredibly clean and tidy, I had a lovely night there. Coming from a warmer area, I wasn’t prepared for Canberra’s cold weather, but Anne went out of her way to warm up the place before my arrival. She was thoughtful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and always ready to help with any questions. She truly deserves more than five stars!
