Holiday rentals with a pool in Grenada

We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

We always move with our 2 dogs and this was a gem of a place. Comfortable, 16 minutes away from all the things we wanted to do and Buffy was very helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to come back.

Our group of three (couple and senior parent) was very happy at Gum Tree house. Maggie was exceptionally hospitable, we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived at the property. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, pool is gorgeous, washer and dryer a welcome help, kitchen well equipped, lovely gardens to explore, sufficiently private bedrooms, views from every spot. The house was well suited to our daily routine of slow mornings, a midday adventure, back in time for a late afternoon swim and prepping dinner while watching the sunset. TV is set up but we chose to not connect to the outside world and were happier for it. Beaches and provisions are a short drive away, the walking path to Anse la Roche was not accessible during our stay. Do rent a 4x4, the property is securely tucked, alone, high into the hillside with access via uneven terrain. If you enjoy an unspoilt island but appreciate coming home to the finer comforts of a modern building, Gum Tree House is a perfect destination.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondel’s villa. He was an excellent host - great communicator, very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Mondel was there to greet us and show us around. The house was spotless and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing with a fabulous pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Thank you for a fabulous stay! :)

We felt at home from the moment we arrived! Anna and Maureen welcomed us with open arms. They showed us around the property, making sure we had everything we needed. The interior design has a spacious airy vibe. We were a party of 4 adults with plenty of room for relaxing, sleeping, and cooking. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive. We spent hours lounging on the open patios enjoying the warm breezes. The location is perfect - just a short walk to a small beach and a quick drive to all the amenities we needed. Anna was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. But what really made our trip unforgettable was Shawne, our amazing taxi driver/concierge! He took us everywhere we wanted to go - from the stunning waterfalls to local restaurants, a grocery store and the beautiful beaches. He even booked all of our activities and reservations for us, making our trip completely stress-free. Shawne's knowledge of the island and his warm, friendly personality made him the perfect guide!

Thank you! A perfect getaway for our family of four. 20 min drive to west coast beaches. Quiet, private location and made plenty of use of the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable and AC for sleeping. Areas for hanging outside in the shade during all parts of the day and overlooking the cove below. Small market a few mins up the road and kitchen/bbq worked for our cooking needs when home. Would definitely come again.

Karen was very welcoming upon arrival. House is large and pictures are accurate. After a few hiccups with wifi, fridge and Bbq, which Karen fixed immediately the house was fine for the rest of our stay. With a beautiful breeze and open doors the main living and kitchen is very pleasant during the day We closed all windows and doors at night to keep the bugs out and with no air conditioning units in main living area it could be quite warm. The bedrooms all have air conditioning which work great. Beds and linens are of good quality. The main deck and pool are the most enjoyable part of the house. Beautiful and relaxing. The store “Meat and Meet” at LePhareBlu is spectacular. The highest quality meats, products, baked goods and produce at a reasonable price. Well worth visiting. We did tour the whole island and we feel this house is in the best area. Just sitting high on the hill on a beautiful deck watching the boat activity was so enjoyable. All in all a great rental. We loved every moment of our stay at Lawn House 1! At check in we were given assistance with our bags, someone was always available for any issues that arrived. The place is gorgeous and in such a fabulous location! We loved stepping out to the beautiful pool and walking next door to Prickly Bay Marina restaurant and bar! Great drinks and activities!! Highly recommend! We are definitely planning a return trip!

First, I want to say that Beckie and her team were PHENOMENAL. Several minor things occurred that a host wouldn’t know about until someone mentioned it. I happened to be the discoverer. Beckie and her team were extremely attentive and never made me feel like I was being bothersome even when I felt like I was being annoying. The beds were comfortable and the essentials were there. Mini-mart had easy food, first-aid and wine. Perfect location for airport, main beaches, and site seeing. AMAZING sunset views. There are a lot of stairs up to and in the unit, to the main pool/beach, and Grenada generally. The main bedroom/bathroom is all one room. Toilet is in a frosted glass stall not a closed door room. Music from the bar can be heard in the unit. Closing the patio properly helps. Generally quieter by 11/12 except for NYE. Otherwise peaceful area. Little beach great for seagrass snorkeling if willing to explore. Avoid stepping in seagrass and on sponges/corals to protect it.

Thank you Beckie for a lovely visit to St George. We loved the home. stunning views. peaceful and quiet. tons of space and each person had plenty of space and privacy. 2 fridges and freezers to store groceries and leftovers. highly recommend for groups of 5-10 persons.

Had a great stay at Afia's apartment. The space is modern and clean, perfect for those who want a quiet private space , during their stay in Grenada. Being in Egmont, you'll need a car get there . But that's why I chose it. It's away from the busy roads and noise associated with it. Afia, is a great host. There if required, answering any question or query. I would definitely return to the property in the future, as it has everything one would need. So If you're looking for an affordable home, from home. Then I couldn't recommend a nicer place to stay.

Dylan’s apartment was absolutely lovely. Such a responsive host and the staff were extremely helpful! The place was spotless and very spacious. The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures, absolutely stunning. The staff in the complex were aso accommodating and helpful! Very friendly, we loved our stay and even ending up extending! There’s a beautiful restaurant and bar within the complex where they have different entertainment on certain nights and private pool within the facilities. A lovely location and not too far from the beach.

Beckie was such a great host! She responded promptly and gave great recommendations for eateries off the grounds. There is great restaurant/bar on the grounds with great nightly selections. I would recommend and stat at the Prickly Bay - Waterside again.

We had a lovely stay at Teresa’s beautiful apartment. It’s a long way from the main road so you will need a car to get around. Teresa very kindly drove us to a restaurant on the first night when we arrived and she came to pick us back up once we finished. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The pool was lovely too! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Teresa it was a pleasure meeting you and hope to see you real soon.

My family and I had an amazing stay. Trish and her mum were so helpful and informative. The place was so comfy I felt right at home, which made it easier as it was the first time travelling with my 4 month old. The pool had been refurbished so it was very beautiful and I took some of the best photos. The views from the veranda and bedrooms are absolutely dreamy. I did not want to leave Grenada after staying there, I felt so at home. I can’t wait to come back. Felt just like a family home.
