This unit almost checks all the boxes for me. As a corner unit, it truly feels like a proper 2-bedroom—more spacious and well-laid-out compared to many other 2BR options in the apartment towers around Pakuwon Mall. The interior is beautifully decorated—stylish, clean, and homey. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning working well, which is a big plus, and there's even an automatic Calmic room fragrance spray that subtly adds to the pleasant and relaxing ambiance. If I could make one small suggestion, having a rice cooker and a floor mop would’ve made it absolutely perfect. But even without those, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely come back again.

tempatnya sangat mudah di akses, terhubung juga langsung ke mall yang memudahkan untuk mencari makan / meeting / me time. sudah tersedia air minum, handuk, sabun dan sampo. overall sangat memuaskan

Unitnya sesuai dengan yang ada di foto. Cuman awalnya kaget karena unitnya ada di lantai 53, paling atas. tapi tidak masalah, tidak ada kendala karena hal tersebut. malah bisa melihat city light dengan luas hehe. lokasinya juga tepat diatas pakuwon mall. jika ingin ke mall tinggal ke lantai G. Sebelum check in, ketemuan dengan mba nya dan dijelaskan apa saja yang didapat dan self check in untuk ke unitnya. Admin sangat responsif dan informatif dari awal booking. Saya nggak ngeh jika diawal tidak ada kompor, tapi ketika saya tanyakan, admin menawarkan untuk mengirim kompor portabel. dan itu sangat membantu. Peralatan masak dan makan lengkap, aminities juga lengkap. Kamar bersih dan wangi. proses check out juga mudah. overall oke dan direkomendasikan untuk yang mau menginap di surabaya bagian barat.

My stay was very nice . The place was good and location of the apartment was wonderful. Indah is a very helpful and nice person and the communication with her was always smooth. If I ever go back to Surabaya , this is the place for me to. I definitely recommend this place .

The best apartment I’ve stayed in Surabaya so far! Seriously, 10/10! I did notice a couple of spiderwebs in the ceiling but that was it.

Seneng banget nginep disini, 2 kamar ada balkonnya jg pemandangannya kota sby banget. Berasa di film2 korea, bisa santai bareng temen di ruang tengah. Unit hunian bersih, nyaman banget, lokasi tengah kota kemana2 deket dan di kawasan Mall, tinggal jalan kaki aja nyampe Fasilitasnya juga lengkap banget, kolam renang air anget , pemandangannya bagus.. trs lengkap ada sauna sauna, jacuzy, gym. Seneng banget pokoknya worth it, kamar nya dua dengan harga segini sangat memuaskan. Ada pantrynya juga sangat menyenangkan. Terimakasih 😊

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

It was a really nice and a cozy place for staycation. Apartment was spacious, clean. We love it, definitely recomend it for everyone
