In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid en väg.

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
