Holiday rentals with a kayak in Grey County

I had a wonderful stay at this location with several friends. The property was perfect for a relaxing escape. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the lake was incredibly restorative. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a cozy stay. Tetyana was very responsive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying the water or just soaking in the hot tub, this place is a gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind.

Beautiful spot! The home is comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach front is absolutely beautiful, and the general area very quiet and peaceful. Laurie was a very communicative host and responded very quickly.

The cottage was great. Very spacious and was clean. The host was responsive. The views from the cottage and deck were great. They had lots of supplies for cooking as well as for entertainment. Great scenic location, very close to Tobermory. Just a heads up that the basement is super cold but their extra linens help. The hot water does lose heat after 7pm each day. Apart from that, great place and we enjoyed the stay there.

As advertised, the house was amazing! Beautiful, spacious, with plenty of amenities. Absolutely no complaints! The host was responsive to our quick questions, the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and we had plenty of space for our group if eight, both inside and outside. Highly recommend!

Great views, and good beds

The home was spacious and comfortable. The added amenities were so wonderful and it was fully stocked with towels and shampoo/ conditioner as well as body wash. All the beds were great and each person from our family slept great. The kids loved the play room and shooting hoops. The views were scenic and stunning. Soaking in the hot tub while overlooking the lake and seeing sailboats in the distance was very peaceful. What a great find. The host Marisa was kind, thoughtful and even left us some goodies! We would highly recommend this rental location to anyone.

Cannot describe the experience in words. Truly worth the money and the place in itself is more than anyone could ask for. There is lots of things to do in the house and the surrounding areas. Had lot of fun and very thankful to the host for such a lovely experience. Adriana is a wonderful host and always responsive to each and every questions. Would recommend everyone to try this place at least once❤️☺️

I had a fantastic stay at Dilan's Airbnb! The place was very nice and had some good amenities. The location was perfect to visit Blue Mountain. Dilan was also very responsive and a great host.

Had a wonderful experience

This place was the most wonderful escape from the city, cozy and welcoming! Perfect trip for our toddler - safety outlets and even cute games to play inside and outdoor games as well! The perfect little home away from home, the paddle boats and fishing rods were the cherries on top ! Highly recommend

This is an amzing hidden Gem, Valerie was very accommodating and the place was spacious and roomy. The lake and views are out of this world to also have the ability to kayak and paddle board was just another amazing addition. The water was chilly but with the heat it gave us relief. Fans were needed and the deck provided shade when needed on back awning. Plenty of room in the back to play cornhole which we did and Boccee Ball. Like my family when life gets so busy and you just need to tale a break and reconnect as we are all so busy this is our go to from now on. Countless hours on the Kayak and sunrises and acampfires there is no better place to be.

We could not have loved this place more—so peaceful, so private, so beautiful inside & out! The amenities were fantastic: awesome massage jets in the hot tub; the sauna was stunning & so easy to use (just a switch for on/off & fully heated in about 20 minutes); the golf cart ride to the lake was a definite highlight for the kids; and the lake itself was stocked with a canoe, kayaks, paddleboards, floating island mats, boogie boards, plenty of life jackets & a lovely dock for lounging. The farmhouse had such charm & was an incredible space to gather with loved ones—every room was unique and beautiful, and everyone had all the space they needed and then some (not to mention the comfiest beds & plenty of towels)! We loved all of the children's books, puzzles & board games we discovered in the conversation room (make sure to look inside what the kids called "the treasure chest"), and what a kitchen—we were feasting with ease! The kids dubbed it "The Ultimate Cottage" and we have to agree!!

Will be using again for future trips back to the area

What a beautiful place! You are secluded and really feel at one with Nature. Stunning sunsets overlooking the water. We used it is a basecamp for our Golf trip to Legacy Ridge and Cobble Beach and it was the perfect spot to come home and unwind. The morning coffees overlooking the lake were so calming and peaceful, as perfect place to Meditate and escape! The hosts were incredibly responsive and informative. The cottage itself was immaculately clean, one of the cleanest AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has the appropriate utensils and cookware. The exterior landscaping was very clean. Thank you! Will definitely return here in the future.

We stayed at Sanjaya’s beautiful cottage for our family holiday celebrations. We were able to gather together and we all had so much space to spread out over the weekend. The two kitchen spaces meant we could cook and heat everything for our big meal so easily!! The hot tub, ping pong table and air hockey table were incredible bonuses. We are already thinking about coming back next year. Can’t say enough about how perfect it was for us and our extended family.

The place was Beautiful and clean Could use a compost Bin , the beach was clear and clean looking , the fire wood was dry it would light great and owners were great and was very friendly and helpful the bathrooms were clean and the shower had hot water that was great we will be returning lots on are own and with family, friends to set back and relax we Highly recommend.

Jennifer’s Place Was the perfect location for a quite and relaxing getaway. The views and property are just what’s needed to get away from the stresses of life. No need to go anywhere else. A great stay and very pet Friendly.

We had a great time at Brian's place! The amenities were excellent and the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. If you walk out a bit at night you can also get a great view of the stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to buy propane and wood at the shop. The bathroom was also really clean and it was nice that there was hot water.

This cabin rental is beautiful. The river is so peaceful sounding and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy a quick little get away. We stayed as guests for a wedding near by and it accommodated me as a single well in the smaller cabin and my friend and her baby in the larger cabin. This was an excellent find! Scott was communicative and professional and everything was easy.

This cottage was great! We appreciated the super well-equipped kitchen, as well as all of the items available for kids. It was a relaxing week with great views of the lake from the cottage, hot tub, and fire pit. Very thankful they were able to accommodate us on short notice and will happily try and come back again!

The cabin had a great mixture of modern looks with some original rustic finishes. Williams Lake is my favourite Lake in Ontario. The waters are warm, clear and boat traffic isn’t overwhelming. The neighbours are close but are friendly and respectful. Maude is a great host, she was very friendly and responsive.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hawthorn cottages and Brian as a host. I rented a one bedroom cabin for the weekend, and it was perfect. I was looking for a rest in relaxation and I found it. You have all of your basic amenities in the cozy, rustic dwellings. Simple and efficient. Great value for the experience. There is a shared bathroom facility, separate men’s and ladies’ washroom and a shower. It’s truly a little slice of paradise. So peaceful and every cabin is mere steps from the lake. Gorgeous scenery. I went as a solo female traveler and felt cozy and comfortable the entire time. It was perfect. Brian checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. Everyone there was so friendly and lovely. I look forward to returning.

I was really satisfied with Rob's place. We are a family of seven people with lots of little ones. It's in a very quiet area, close by to blue mountain, scenic caves and lots of quiet beaches to enjoy sun , water and sand. I would definitely come to stay again. Rob was extremely helpful and always available.
