Lovely 200 year old fully modernised cottage with fully fitted modern kitchen for guests to use. We provide a food cupboard with tea, coffee and cereal etc. We leave bread and milk , and soft drinks. Mast House is located 20 seconds from the shore. It’s eclectically furnished with big, bright rooms and a conservatory, patio & garden. There’s central heating, a wood burner and a range of kitchen appliances inc coffee machine. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. The shower is off the kitchen. Note the property has stone steps at the front door/inside, a cast iron spiral staircase open at the top and no TV. We allow dogs subject to confirmation and a cleaning charge.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
