The house is very close to a local shop, the Greystones Public House that hosts many bands and an entrance to Bingham Park, leading to many walks and parks. Amazingly you can be wining and dining on the trendy Ecclesall Road or Sharrowvale Road and yet a stone's throw away from the Peak District.
