Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Greytown

Lovely spacious house in rural setting close to town. Comfortable and extra cosy with fireplace roaring. Well equipped kitchen. Great outdoor spaces to relax in the sun with a lovely outlook. Bonus to be able to have our dog with us. Carol is friendly and also responded quickly when we have a couple of queries. Short drive to Henley Lake which is a great dog friendly area to run and walk.

Perfect place to stay with the family for the long weekend, very nice and cozy. Look forward to staying in the summer months to enjoy the garden and outdoor spaces. Thanks Debra!

We had a very comfortable stay. House was warm and inviting. Breakfast provisions were amazing, from home made sour dough bread and pancakes, to cereals. The house is obviously a labour of love, with lots of interesting nick nacks. Thanks Becky

We absolutely loved our stay at the Whare, its was a cold wet weekend outside but inside we were super toasty with the wood fire and comfortable bed! Loved the thoughtful extras Prue and Pete provided and was great having lots of pets from Rex and Meg in the mornings!

Exceptional stay! Like I was in the south of France for a weekend. Was an absolute awe the whole time! So beautiful and incredible location, simply can’t beat it!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Lovely place to stay! My whānau and I really enjoyed it… the setting is just gorgeous, so quiet, picturesque, and tranquil. The studio is compact and well equipped. We didn’t realize the queen bed is in the living space but it wasn’t a problem. Our daughter slept in the kids room and enjoyed having a “big girl bed” (bunk bed) all to herself. She loved the chickens too. Close to Patuna archway and Martinborough cycle tours. Would definitely recommend. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at this charming converted barn! It’s cozy, beautifully designed, and full of character. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Loved the peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout. I really appreciated our short stay. The kitchen had a range of equipment I could cook with. Easy to clean up in every room. Great layout and my family really liked it. I would recommend this place. We had a fabulous time celebrating our mums birthday with a weekend of relaxation at Melleny and Simon’s place. We had 3 young children who had a blast with the toys/books/pool and outdoor activities (just be mindful of a steep staircase to the third floor but this was foretold to us) Lovely peaceful location and Melleny and Simon were wonderful hosts with prompt communication and reassurance to our queries. We will be back!

Great home and location - the bath tubs were very special. Didn't realise there was a Tiny House out the back - I wasn't sure if someone was in there or not.

Fabulous space, we had a great weekend there with the dog. Audrey was a great host, highly recommend.

The Bumblebee Cottage was super cute and full of interesting pictures, decorations, magazines, books, beautiful china etc.. The pantry was very well stocked and I've never stayed anywhere with such a great selection of teas! It was very quiet and peaceful at night and in the morning we got to meet the chickens wandering around, before having freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Gail is a very friendly and helpful host, highly recommended!

Spent three lovely days at this oasis on the edge of Kaitoke Regional Park. Very close to Wellington with several great bush walks and beautiful scenery for instant rejuvenation. Will definitely be back!

Charming glamping cabin retreat 1 minute drive from the heart of Greytown. Quiet, peaceful, private. Very clean and well set up, comfortable beds. It was the first day of winter, but we stayed warm and cozy in the cute little cabins.

Good value for money and a great base for our visit to Featherston Booktown festival as really close to town. Would also be a good location for cycling the Rimutaka rail trail which is close by. The cabin is simple, spotlessly clean and cosy - with everything we needed for a two night stay. Mary is a welcoming host who gave clear instructions and was easy to contact. It is off-grid as described but we found it perfectly warm with plenty of hot water and loved the rural setting

Beautiful tidy cabin in a private location. only a short drive back to the town centre. Cheryl was very responsive to messages and a great host. We enjoyed our peaceful stay here and will reccomend it to others!

Lovely little studio, felt private and peaceful despite being attached to the main house. We were delighted to bring our dog and have a fenced grassy section of garden! Joanna was very friendly, and we would be happy to book here again in the future

The house blew us away - even better than the photos! It's filled with hidden treasures we kept discovering throughout our stay. We couldn't stop marveling at its beauty as we explored. It's impeccably decorated to match its historic charm. The instructions provided were clear, and we had everything we needed. While we enjoyed exploring nearby towns like Greytown and visiting the Martinborough wineries, we were always eager to return and enjoy the house to the fullest. We had a relaxing stay at Elaine’s cottage. The location was exactly what we needed, peaceful, quiet and surrounded in beautiful countryside amongst the vines. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, with a fully fenced section for dogs and kids to play in. The cottage had everything we needed, and was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge. The cottage worked really well for our young family.
