Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grisons

The apartment in a typical renovated Engadine house is newly renovated & very well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped (everything you have at home is there). Our family with 2 children & grandparents used the location as a starting point for the Ftan ski resort about 15 minutes by car & the grandparents the various winter hiking trails in the region. Well connected by public transport and car. We'd like to come back.

Very nice appartement, excellent facilities. Showers are nice and hot. Beds are a bit hard but that’s a matter of preference. Perfect place to feel at home in Davos, will visit again.

We (family with 2 children) spent super great ski holidays in Lucia's studio. It's pretty tight from the place, but if you don't plan to spend whole days indoors, it's wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and nothing is missing. Our two very active children enjoyed the pool and ping pong table downstairs in the house. The location is ideal for ski holidays. The ski school square and the magic carpet are 5 minutes away by foot. We will be happy to come back!

I stayed in the apartment with my family (a 4-year-old girl and a 5-month-old girl). It felt right at home! The large spaces are equipped with all comforts with quality finishes. The apartment is renovated in a very nice and functional way, there is plenty of space to move around and you are never cramped! From the residence where it is located, albeit a little higher than the village of San Bernardino, in 5/10 minutes on foot you reach the town center (even with a stroller). In short: I really hope to be able to go back soon!

Great accommodation, very quiet location and yet the lifts are easily accessible. The equipment and the shared use of the pool and sauna was an extra plus. The communication with Miri was always great. Will be back for sure.

The apartment has everything you need. It is small but nice and very well located (close to Laax valley station and almost right next to a bus stop). A free parking space for a car is also included. We found the apartment very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The morning coffee can be freshly prepared in a small bialetti. The coffee powder can be picked up at the very nearby gas station. All in all we had a great stay and thank Daniela for the hospitality.

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

It was great. A really nice little apartment with everything you need. Clean and fresh towels/sheets. Gerda is super warm and so helpful. The apartment is in a great location, Locarno and the lake is within walking distance and otherwise the bus runs right outside the house. We will be happy to come back!

Thank you so much for the most wonderful hospitality, Klaus and Natalia! We absolutely loved our stay at your accommodation in the most beautiful winter wonderland. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an excellently equipped kitchen and great central location to enjoy our skiing. The hospitality was absolutely world-class, with Klaus organising a Christmas tree and decorations for our small kids, collecting my brother from the train station as he arrived before us, and even helping with initial grocery shopping for our late arrival. We would love to return one day and thank you for the memorable stay!

Staying at Ursi's place is probably one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had: * The location is as good as it gets (20m walking to the ski lift, big supermarket, restaurants, etc.) * While small, the apartment had everything we needed for almost a week-long stay, was spotless-clean and well organised * Communication with Ursi was super easy and friendly, she was happy to accommodate us on a special request and was overall very nice.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

With friends we spent the ski holidays in Disentis and enjoyed the time very much. The house is perfectly furnished and all desirable details are available. Despite little snow, we easily got to the main gondola in Disentis. Sedrun/Andermatt are also easily accessible, but coordination with the public transport schedules in advance is worth it. We can highly recommend the house and the hosts

Everything worked out very well! Sheila welcomed us very nicely and gave us great tips for places to discover and eat. We were also allowed to use private bicycles. The apartment was very clean, has plenty of space and is right on the lake and in 5 minutes you are in Locarno!

Everything was just amazing! I stayed for 4 nights with Sheila and her cats and had a very good time in Minusio. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and just a few footsteps away from the lake. Sheila is a wonderful host that helps you with everything you need and she is very nice to talk with!

A good friend and I felt very comfortable at Sheila's. We were able to really enjoy her lovely balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains for our specially prepared breakfast. In the kitchen, we were allowed to use everything we needed. With Sheila's small bikes, you could ride everything along the lake to Ascona and enjoy dinner there. Near Sheila's home there was a lovely meadow and swimming in the lake, right by the fine Osteria restaurant. My good friend heard the train at night and needed earplugs. I myself didn't hear it much and I could sleep well without earplugs. Very nice hostess. You shouldn't have any trouble with the cats, because you encounter them everywhere every now and then, but they are not cheeky. Thank you Sheila for the nice stay with you and your trust.

We felt very comfortable with our two daughters in the cottage and enjoyed the view from the living room. It is very stylish and cozy. The amenities in the house are great. Everything was really thought of! Thank you very much! We will be very happy to come to Guarda /Bos-Cha again!

Thank you for the comfortable stay! Only parking was a bit complicated, because you can hardly park your car anywhere in Locarno/Minusio for more than a few hours. This is of course not Valentina's fault. I just want to advise all future guests to arrive without a car.

the communication with Tina was always friendly. The apartment corresponded to the pictures & was very cozy. We definitely felt comfortable. You can also reach the supermarket, train station & the cable car within 5’by foot. So everything was great - we will be happy to come back the next trip to rhäzüns:)

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient, on a bus route to and from town and we could have walked if we felt inclined. The room had all the facilities we needed. We would come back
