Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Comfortable, cheap. The host is also responsive, the room is clean, the equipment is complete. The environment is comfortable, on the G floor, there is a familymart, jogging track, pool, gym, laundry. If there are activities/events in the surrounding area, I will definitely stay here again.

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

This place was great! Great value for the money, extremely clean and well stocked unit. One of the best I have stayed at in Jakarta. The building security were cool and friendly. The stay was an absolute pleasure. And the host was extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment in a well maintained complex with great views. Check in instructions were very easy. The only downside is the location is not very walkable, being on the site of an old airport there is nothing near the complex to walk to and you will need to take a taxi.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Located a bit outside the city but close to the airport. It's a large condo with a great swimming pool. The dwelling is on the top floor and so a bit remote from the city noises. There are a few supermarket options inside the condo and one just outside. Great if you look for a few days of calm next to the city.
