Holiday houses in Grohote

Villa Giove provided us with an amazing holiday! The swimming pool was sizeable and extremely well maintained before and during our stay. The house is perfectly planned as vacation home - each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom and shower and 3 also have a balcony. The common areas were large and clutter free. All amenities were of extremely high quality. There were lots of very good quality pit, pans and even tons of tea towels, which I personally much appreciated! The location was near the Grohote village by foot and cool in terms of temperature. There was beautiful views to the hills. And very private - nobody can see into the yard or garden/pool area. Ivana and her husband were extremely good and attentive hosts. Many thanks! 100% recommendation! 🤩🤩🤩

We had a lovely 8 night stay. The place is in a small village on a quiet island, so there isn't a huge amount to do, but this was absolutely perfect for us and our three youngish kids. The place itself had absolutely everything we needed already provided and ready to use, including dishwasher and washing machine. But the highlights for us were the swimming pool, the fully equipped outdoor wood and charcoal bbq and eating area. With these, some days we didn't even feel the need to leave the villa. A special mention must go out to the hosts too. They were charming, so friendly and during our stay brought us delicious and home made produce. We really couldn't have been made to feel more welcomed. We didn't have a car, but go by ok by using a mix of buses and taxis'. We went a couple of times to Maslinica, a lovely beach with some shade, clear sea, bar, shops and restaurants using the local bus which was easy to get to, quick and reliable.

We had a wonderful stay. Emina's apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great view from the apartment over the bay. Took us only 3-4 minutes to walk down to the beach. The local grocery store was also minutes away to walk to. We would gladly came back to this place.

We had wonderful days at Ema's place. Her parents gave us great directions and were very nice and super easy to reach. The place is very clean and well maintained and the whole island is relaxed. The vacation feeling set in immediately. We loved going swimming in the morning (3 minutes from the house) and then having breakfast on the great terrace overlooking the sea. There is a great grill in the garden and the kitchen is very well equipped. In the village, there is no restaurant or café but we liked to cook and shop in Grohote. Otherwise, you can experience many small adventures on the island (where is the way to the bay/restaurant…) and our teenage son didn't get bored either. We liked the Konoba Navera in Stormorska and the Lonely Paradise Restaurant, expensive but super nicely located. We will definitely come back to this great place.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Beautiful area and Andrei’s house is right opposite the sea - what an idyllic location. The house is spacious and easily accommodated the 5 of us. We had a great time sitting on the terrace and swimming in the sea.

I stayed at Villa Solta with my partner and our two children - we had a wonderful week on the island of Solta. The location was perfect for walking into Rogac where we could find idyllic spots to swim and an easy walk uphill back to the apartment. The perfect distance with two small children! Villa Solta also benefits from having a lovely pool to cool off in. We had breakfast one morning and also dinner one evening. Both of which were delicious! Zorica and her parents were fantastic hosts. Thank you for making our time in Solta a wonderful one!

Selma' s house is fantastisc! sometimes when you look at photos you think, this is too good to be true, but it's even better.the view from the balcony is breathtaking. the house is wel equipped.when you have a question, you got a respons within 15 minutes. My family and I had a great time in Necujam. And our boys loved the kayak. we really hope to come back in the future.
