Beachfront holiday rental in Grossos

I have come several times to the house of Givana, and I always bring different people who are always positively surprised by the house. I found everything very neat and tidy, and a little more, because although the announcement shows that it does not provide sheets, the beds were neatly tidy and with clean sheets. I'll come back other times.

The stay was great, house in front of the sea, cozy, clean and organized! Edilvania always responds fast and Mr. Lauro always helping something. Thanks a lot, my family and I love it.

A house with a beautiful view, literally standing in the sand. Sleep and wake up looking at the sea is no better! Easy to find, Regina is always very attentive, in short, super recompense.

I really liked it, if you go to the kitchen, the view is impeccable, if you go to the bathroom, you take a shower looking at the sky, if you go to eat, the view is like a painting!! Every part of this chalet is amazing, I intend to return soon! There's no air, but honestly, it's not necessary. Super well ventilated, and it's cold at night! Worth every penny!

Second time I go to dr. 's house Ricardo, as always excellent, the Girl who welcomes us magnificent. We'll be coming back if God willing.🙌

The stay in the space was great, we were very comfortable and we felt at home. When we arrived, Dona Neinha was waiting for us, showed us all the space and gave us tips on where to eat and sightseeing. The space is excellent, it was very clean, it had all the necessary items for use in the kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, pots, dishes, glasses, blender and even mineral water). The TV was working perfectly, just like air-conditioning. All details are designed for guests to stay well-stay in addition to the great location! We became friends of all the neighbors and had an excellent weekend. I highly recommend the space, as it is one of the best we have ever stayed in Redonda Beach.

We were delighted with Icapuí. Rafael's beach house was a place of rest and communion for our family. Because it was "right on the sand," everyone had their freedom to do their own thing, whoever wanted to walk on the beach, walked, whoever wanted to take a bath in the sea, bathed, whoever preferred to stay in the pool, stayed, or slept, etc. The environments interact with each other. This was very good for us, as we were 8 adults. The beach is almost "private," you find very few people on it, only residents in the vicinity or guests of inns/Airbnb, there are no street vendors. The water is a good temperature, there are lots of shells. You can take a great walk. The house served us perfectly with its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were suites, and a social bathroom (3 in total). Bed and bath linens were available, as well as pillows and games. The kitchen is equipped, has a microwave, sandwich maker, airfry, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and more. Rafael is very helpful and attentive, always keeping in touch.

The house is great, as described, an incredible view! It is close to grocery stores and inns with a restaurant open to the public. Redonda beach itself is a very peaceful and quiet place, so we enjoyed the house a lot. Silvia was great, gave all the attention and tips on what to do during the stay.

We loved staying at the house, place matched the photos, with all the announced description. Calmo, quiet, beach access in front of the house. The beach is very beautiful, calm and very warm water, perfect for relaxing. On the beach there are lounges with nets in the water, it does not make you want to leave. We enjoy the space of the house very well, with barbecue, pool.. cookware, etc. Pleasant rooms, air conditioning working perfectly, even more on a hot day, when night comes the air was very good!!! Serveiros with strong water and heated tb. Anyway, no doubt we will return, we love the house, the beach and the city. Everything was amazing, from the accommodation to the promptness of Ms. Ziana and Mr. Ediglei. The house is amazing, clean and with all the utensils! I will return whenever I can.

The only caveat is not the environment but the lack of merchants, pharmacies near the city!! Because we have to walk a lot to the next city to be able to buy necessary items!!

The house is wonderful! Very large, well equipped and with great pool and barbecue. The rooms are a little warm and the ceiling fans do not ventilate well. It would be nice to bring a couple of fans to the house. What's more... it was a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

The residence is according to advertisement, but at night the rooms are hot. The location is excellent, has nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

The house cliffs are for those who can see beauty in the simple... a unique and cozy place, very connected to nature and with a breathtaking view. It has easy access (staircase) to the beach and an equipped kitchen. At night the moonlight is stunning, the noise of the sea predominates, the cars are not heard and there is a little tatuz that lives in a den next to the house. In the morning, the alarm clock is different corners of birds that have as its bottom the snoring of the sea. At first glance, the access scares a bit as it has a staircase and then a small trail, which brings everything together in 5 minutes. Access is not so easy, but this was not a negative point as it made the site more private. Try to take backpacks! It must be known that there is a parking lot at the entrance of the staircase, but it is nothing formal. Although it gets paid, it seems to be a favor they are doing for you, which is to leave the car there... but we get around buying food to make at home at night since everything closes early and not needing to leave.

My stay at Steve's place was great! The house is simple but quite comfortable and has plenty of room. In addition, it faces the sea, in an impeccable location. Steve and his girlfriend did everything to make sure I had an unforgettable stay: they introduced me to places and people that I will carry in my heart forever. From Steve's house, it is possible to get to know other places besides Ponta do Mel, such as São Cristóvão and Dunas do Rosado. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place!

We had a great stay. João was very helpful, responded promptly and gave us tips on everything, nearby markets, pharmacy, beverage stores…. The house is impeccable, the en-suites are super comfortable and cozy. Fans with great power. The pool is very nice, clean and with child protection. Huge leisure area, with barbecue and everything we needed. The employee Rafael, very attentive to us, helped us with everything we needed. The stay was sensational. We'll be back.

Lorena's place is a paradise she shares. The deck is a simply sensational space, perfect for listening to music, preparing a barbecue and enjoying the pool with family. In front of the house is a private beach, practically without movement. The sea bath between 6 and 8 in the morning is perfect, when the tide is full and quiet, and the translucent and cold water. Then the sea is perfect for bathing at 4pm. High but quiet tide, no waves, and warm, relaxing water. Simply a must-see to admire the sunset in the water. A dream. In addition to nature, the hospitality of Lorena and her mother, Mrs. Carmen, are FANTASTIC! Bright people for sure! I'll be back again and again!
