Casa de mar is an apartment in an early 20th century building, located on the ground floor. Newly renovated, the house is made unique by the presence of an exclusive outdoor space and the location just a few steps from the sea and very close to the shops and services of the town. The house allows you to experience your vacation without a car. There are free parking lots in front of the house. You can relax and read a good book in the house's garden. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!
